Indoor Spaces
- Sleeping arrangements: Bring up to 12 guests. The main level primary suite features a king bed, en suite bathroom, and deck access. You'll find two more suite-style bedrooms with king beds and bathrooms on the upper level. Head down to the lower level for the fourth bedroom with one queen bunk bed and one twin bunk bed.
- Main level: Get cozy in front of the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (complete with a mounted TV), or watch the river from expansive windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is a well-stocked chef's dream with ample seating.
- Upper level: Upstairs is all about beauty sleep. Two oversized bedrooms with walk-in showers, reading nooks, and TVs reside on the upper level.
- Lower level: Play on! Test your skills at ping pong and basketball in the game room, or sit down at the vintage arcade table to play classics like Space Invaders and Donkey Kong. Relax and lounge at the comfortable speakeasy bar and seating area, which includes a mounted flatscreen TV (that's right, you can watch the game).
- River Rendezvous comes with WiFi, AC, and streaming services.

- Less than a 10-minute drive is the town of Lansing, but don't let its small size fool you. Lansing is packed to the brim with fun experiences to get you acquainted with the local culture and population. Stop by Molley Chomper Hard Cider to get a fruity taste of Appalachian ciders and wines. Catch one of the many events or arts and crafts classes at Lost Province Center for Cultural Arts, located in the historic Lansing School. In the mood for a scrumptious sandwich? Make sure to check out The Liar's Bench to fill up on sammies before heading out to explore the Historic Lansing Creeper Trail Park.
- Downtown West Jefferson is also within a 20-minute drive of River Rendezvous and is the beating heart of Ashe County. Whether you want coffee, a brewery, casual dining, art galleries, or antiques, downtown WJ is the place to be.

- Pet Policy: Dogs welcome! Up to two 45lb dogs allowed. Must be two years or older and leash/crate trained. $50 per pet, nonrefundable.
- Access: Plenty of gravel parking for the whole crew. Located off main roads and in a well-maintained gated community. 4WD and AWD recommended in the winter.
