Jacuzzi Hot Tub, Pool Table- Perfect Getaway!

Our home is located on a quiet street close to highways 496 and 127, shops, malls, MSU & downtown Lansing. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath located on the main floor and a 3rd bedroom with private bathroom located in the lower level. We have a pool table, bar, darts, hot tub & a large back yard. Many guests love having access to the Jacuzzi hot tub all year long! We have a quiet neighborhood and would like for it to remain so. No large parties are allowed.

We have a nice, cozy ranch with entertainment in the basement that is great for families. There is high-speed wifi, pool table, darts, Jacuzzi hot tub, and a large back yard. I can give insight to where to go & what to do as I previously lived in Lansing for over 9 years.

You'll have access to the whole home, except the garage and storage room. There are 2 bathrooms to use & plenty of space for up to 8 people.

We live in a quiet neighborhood & our home is close to everything! Anything you might need is within 1-2 miles! Our neighbors have lived here for years & we try to respect their space & quietness during late hours.

1 block away from bus routes, 1/2 mile to highway, 1 mile to shopping & downtown nightlife. Uber, bikes, walk, bus... whatever you like.

For more than 6 guests, please let me know in advance. Absolutely no parties of any kind will be allowed.

I’m not going to lie. This house was very nice. I had no problem with this home. The way GPS took us to the home had me questioning whether we would stay or not. After getting there and settling in, this was a very quiet and nice place. It’s well taken care of. It does have that older home smell, nothing a a dehumidifier won’t fix. We truly enjoyed the fireflies, black squirrels and red one. We have fox squirrels and gray ones. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect for group getaway

5 adults and an infant in town for a wedding. Property had everything we could possibly need. Even a small store and Cafe right down the street. Owners were friendly and responsive. Will definitely book again!

The street is rough shape, and it’s an older house with cheaper updates. Had a musty smell, needed a dehumidifier in basement. Beds were comfortable and the shower is nice. Was conveniently located close to MSU

Great place! It was centrally located with lots of things to do locally as well as a launching pad to visit 3 of the Great Lakes. There were also plenty of things to do on the property itself, like darts, pool table, and Jacuzzi and lots of supplies and helpful owners. Townershave thought of eceruthing.

University celebration trip

We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing.

Perfect little House

We absolutely loved staying at this property. There was plenty of room for my youngest (7 yrs old) to run around out back and we all enjoyed the pool table and darts! This property was super close to MSU, which is where we needed to be daily for a competition my daughter was in. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

Private, Spacious, and Close to Everything

A group of friends met up here to see a Lansing Lugnuts game and we were blown away by this property. There is a ton of space, especially considering that with a group of six it was far cheaper than any hotel option in the area. We were also very thankful for the simplicity - there are clear labels throughout the home explaining how everything works and how to close up your stay. We are incredibly lucky to have found this place and would happily return!

East Lansing Visit

All the comforts of home. Pleasant charming older neighborhood. Just a few minutes to MSU. We were there for graduation weekend. All towels and linens provided and the kitchen was well equipped with glasses cups and utensils. I highly recommend this property.

Great location for long campus visits!

Fast, easy access to campus! The neighborhood is a bit rough-looking, but we never felt unsafe or unwelcome. The home had ample room for our group of three. The master bed is a dream for those looking for a plush mattress, while the firmer mattress in the main level's other bedroom gave me some of the best, most refreshing night's nights of sleep ever! Lovely patio and big hot tub, the basement is nice for entertaining, and it was so helpful to have laundry facilities. The property manager is super responsive and so easy to work with.

Ugh. It gave us a place to sleep. Sheets and showers were clean. Our bed was hard and lumpy, pillows old and flat. My pillow had old blood stains (covered by a pillow case). The fry pan was greasy and put away unwashed. No dish soap to wash it. Dishes were chipped. The cable or satellite tv didn’t work. It was not very comfortable. Could have stayed at a hotel for the same $ and it would have been more comfortable. Bummer.
