Find serenity at Bakerâs Acres Retreat - a charming barn-converted studio on 20 acres of land. Enjoy stunning views of Saratoga Passage near the home. Step inside the newly constructed, air conditioned studio with modern furnishing and tasteful decor. With a generator on-site, rest assured that you'll never be without power, even during stormy seasons. Venture just minutes away to the picturesque Langley, replete with galleries, cafes, wine tasting and quaint restaurants.
This is a barn-converted studio that sits on a 20 acre property, together with the main house that is occupied. The studio is about 366 sq ft and has a separate entry and structure tucked away from the main house. While at the studio, you will not be able to hear or see the main house.

âą Small yet functional kitchen for cooking meals. Dishwasher included!
âą The studio is outfitted with a queen size bed and a full size pull out sofa.
âą An ensuite bathroom with shower.
âą Heated floors providing great comfort.
âą Mini split A/C for both cooling and additional heating.
âą Generator supports power use during power outage.
**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
âą Please note that owners live in the main house on the property. The studio has no direct water view. In the check-in instructions, specific directions will bring you to the viewpoint but we ask that you do not venture beyond there to respect the privacy of owners and neighbors. Do note that owners have a dog at home that might bark from time to time. You will not hear him from the studio.
âą Cellphone signal can be spotty. You might want to enable Wi-Fi calling/texting if your carrier allows. Satellite Internet is great as owners work from home.
**About Fees & Pricing**
âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
âą Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
âą This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
