Situated in the sought-after area of Langebaan right on Calypso Beach,
this spectacular holiday home is the perfect place to relax and leave
your troubles behind. Boasting 3 levels, large living areas, and 5
bedrooms, this stylish home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests
for a memorable vacation on the iconic West Coast.
The home is bright and open-plan. The main living area (2nd floor)
consists of a home office, spacious lounge, dining area, and a fully
equipped kitchen. Along with every amenity necessary for self-catering,
the garage is also fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, and
tumble dryer for guestsâ convenience. There is a guest toilet next to
the kitchen.
The lounge area features a large comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flat
screen with Netflix, and an 8-seater dining table. Designed for
entertainment, a built-in wood braai and a dining table that converts
into a pool table! The lounge/entertainment area also boasts sliding
doors leading to the extended balcony overlooking the beach.
Each of the 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 1 single bed) are
quite large and features a ceiling fan, wall-mounted heater, and an
en-suite bathroom, giving guests some much-appreciated privacy. The
main bedroom has a walk-in closet, a large luxury en-suite bathroom,
and balcony access with loungers.
The lower level has patio furniture for guests to relax and a walkway
leading to the beach. Whether enjoying the amenities of this incredible
home, sunbathing on the golden sands or diving into the waves, guests

Please note that the Calypso Beach body corporate enforces strict security and residential guidelines. To ensure compliance, all guests are required to submit valid ID copies and vehicle registration numbers prior to arrival. Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
