Sea Palm is a spacious and welcoming three-bedroom semi-detached coastal home, perfectly positioned in the charming seaside village of Lancing. Ideal for families, groups and four-legged friends, this early-20th-century home combines generous space, comfort and a fantastic South Coast setting. For walkers and outdoor lovers, the location is a real highlight. Youâre within easy reach of the South Downs, with beautiful hiking routes nearby, including the scenic loops around Lancing Ring Nature Reserve. Riverside paths along the River Adur offer peaceful walking and cycling routes with stunning views across the landscape.
Sleeping up to 10 guests, with a private outdoor area and parking for up to four cars, Sea Palm is perfectly suited for relaxed seaside stays, group getaways or family breaks. The ground floor is set on a lower level and offers step-free access, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
Set across two floors and offering approximately 128 sqm of living space. The ground floor features a bright living room, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for longer stays and self-catering. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine (bring your own pods), washing machine, oven, kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this, we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. Youâll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV that has Sky Tv channels, and ample seating, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.
BATHROOM
Ground Floor Bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
Bathroom 2 features a shower, bath, mirror, and toilet.
We supply bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats.
BEDROOMS

PRIVATE PATIO
Outside, guests can enjoy a private rear garden, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach, while the front of the property offers off-street parking for up to four cars, a real bonus for coastal stays.
Just a 10-minute walk away, youâll find the local park and the much-loved Perch on Lancing Beach, a dog-friendly beachside cafĂ© thatâs fantastic for families. On weekends, they even host a beach sauna hut experience, adding a unique coastal twist to your stay. Thereâs also another lovely local park just a five-minute drive away, complete with a small lake, perfect for relaxed afternoon strolls or keeping little ones entertained.

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
Weâll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), youâll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good nightâs sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If youâre planning one, just drop us a message, and weâll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.
Pets
This Property is pet-friendly. An additional ÂŁ95 after pet stay, hypoallergenic cleaning fee applies per stay. Please notify us in advance what type of pet you are travelling with, so arrangements can be made. Max of two Pets allowed.
Check-Out
Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a ÂŁ50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:
Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.
