Welcome to this fully renovated home, located in the heart of Lancaster City! With 3 bedrooms, a full (& stocked) kitchen, & plenty of space for relaxing, this is an ideal home for a romantic getaway or a longer stay for your family and friends. We are also nurse and traveler friendly! It's incredibly walkable (5-10 mins) to all things Lanc, including Central Market, Franklin & Marshall College, & many amazing restaurants. Really experience the joy of Lancaster city living here!

The Space:
Please note that the hardwood floors are 100+ year old refinished, original hardwoods. Floors may not be 100% smooth, so slippers/socks may be a comfy option.

We have stayed at several locations in Lancaster over the past few years and this was probably our favorite. Great house and great location. Small glitch with the heat when we arrived but hosts were incredibly responsive. Would definitely book again.

This was our 4th time staying at The Manor on Mulberry. The house meets our needs. Clean and well appointed. This stay we were greeted with new floors and furniture on the main floor. Justin has answered my requests and this property has been our home away from home when we are visiting our family in Lancaster. When we stay with our dog, we love the park around the corner. We walked to the Central Market and found the neighborhood full of great restaurants and coffee shops.

One word: exceptional. It was absolutely clean, loaded with new/modern amenities and tastefully appointed to keep that old school charm. Plenty of room for a small group to gather and socialize with two hotel quality bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. A lovely kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a family meal. The 3rd floor loft makes for a perfect as a kids retreat (with a large public playground steps away from the backyard if they need to burn off some energy. Location can’t be beat. Easily in walking distance to the baseball stadium, F&M College, some nice local restaurants/eateries and downtown action is a brief walk or a short Uber ride away. It was everything we needed for a reunion and then some. And you won’t find nicer, more communicative hosts who give you all the info you need in advance from check in to check out and are quick to respond if you have any questions. We will definitely stay here again and if you’re coming to visit in Lancaster, you should too. 6 stars out of 5!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Very unique property with some characteristics of an old home but with modern conveniences. Justin was great to work with. Had one very minor issue when we arrived that I texted him about late Saturday and he came and took care of it on Sunday. Every time I contacted him, he immediately responded. Very spacious and comfortable.

Overall it’s a nice property. It’s geared more for the younger generation and family who does not mind climbing stairs. It’s really nice inside and quite a few amenities provided. The only thing I can say is maybe a little more attention to pest control.

Nice townhome close to Dutch Wonderland

Townhome was clean and close to restaurants and shops in downtown Lancaster. House was tastefully renovated. Good supply of linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. Home was about 10-15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland which was the reason for our visit.

Perfect Weekend

My family of 6 ( all adults) stayed this weekend to attend a wedding for my son’s best friend in Lancaster. The property was very clean and we all fit very comfortably. The house has so much charm! We love the modern style along side the exposed brick and rustic hardwood floors. Many restaurants and bars right within walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again if we come out to visit the happy couple!

This property was perfect for us and our dog during the time we attended the Lancaster Archery Classic. We loved the master bath amenities. We found the parking to be easy, and we really enjoyed walking down the street to have drinks and a nice dinner at a nearby boutique hotel.

Chriaas 2024 Stay

We've stayed at this wonderful property for 10 during the 2024 Chriatmas Holiday. The location was perfect, with our family livng in town it was an easy commute around Lancater area and hosting them for dinner was super eaay. Plenty of cosy space, with all ammenitiess to make the stay away from home feel like home. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needes. We will definately stayat this property again, and highly recommend it.

Perfect location for F&M college

We stayed two nights in this spacious and cozy city gem. Comfortable furniture and beds. Open living/kitchen space excellent for our family meals and conversation. Street parking was easy and there was always a spot close - usually directly in front . Street is quiet at night. Parking is free without tickets Wednesday- Sundays just check posted signs for which side has street cleaning on Monday/Tuesday . Would stay again and recommend- as advertised. - walked 5 minutes to our new favorite restaurant LUCA.

Perfect Lancaster Location

We spent a week at Mulberry Manor. We loved the location which was in a neighborhood with easy street parking, easy walk to restaurants and a lovely park to take our dog for a walk. We loved the well equipped kitchen and open layout. We’ve booked another stay in the Spring and hope to take advantage of the outdoor space.
