Hello and Welcome! Consider this upstairs cozy "Studio on Main" apartment your home away from home while you visit the beautiful city of Lancaster. This studio apartment is just a few steps away from vibrant, historic downtown where you can enjoy many attractions including delicious eateries, historic homes/museums, a brewery, art studio, antique shops, summer Friday Night Bandstand concerts and much more! As each new season approaches, you can anticipate something fun to enjoy in downtown Lancaster, and create memories of a lifetime. The easy to navigate streets allow you to experience a sense of exploration anytime of the year. The "Studio on Main” is conveniently located within a 30 minute drive to nationally acclaimed Hocking Hills State Park, where you can enjoy thrilling waterfalls, amazing towering cliffs, numerous hiking trails, and breathtaking rolling hills. Columbus, Ohio's capital city, is only a 30 minute drive north of the Studio!

This early 1900's immaculate charming property offers everything you need for a phenomenal stay with cleanliness as a top priority. As you enter this charming studio apartment, you will conveniently already be in it’s large bedroom /living room combination, with hardwood floors, a king size bed, a pull out queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch T.V, and a dining drop leaf table. You’ll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. Stay connected with WiFi, and enjoy convenient amenities such as AC, heating, a full efficiency kitchen with a farmhouse sink, granite counter tops, microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator and coffee bar. Enjoy all the essentials of a spacious luxury bathroom equipped with a tiled shower and a beautiful sliding glass door.

The "Studio on Main" is an upstairs apartment located in the heart of Lancaster at 312 E. Main St. Suite B, above Precision Eyecare. This is a non-smoking property, and does not allow pets. Free private parking behind the studio is available.

Extremely clean. One of the best bathrooms I’ve ever seen! Great location for walking to restaurants and shops downtown. Seemed quiet though on Main Street. Small space but had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay. You will too!

Amazing Stay

My aunt from Kentucky stayed at this location, and her only complaint was she couldn't just stay there for a few more days. Every detail of this VRBO was "PERFECT" and transported her back in time to a relaxation and peace. Great communication with the owner.

This was a pefect place to stay while exploring the Lancaster area. We walked everywhere we wanted to go downtown. The studio was adorable, clean and ready for us, we felt at home instantly. Exactly as pictured!!

This place was beautiful and quiet! We loved the decor and appreciated the temperature control. The space has extra pillows and blankets which just added to the coziness. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was just a short walk away from multiple eating places and shops. Gina was very kind and quick to reply! Would highly recommend!
