Cozy Cottage à Escape et Relax

Ce magnifique chalet est niché dans la baie où vous passerez des heures à profiter de la nature qui vous entoure. Admirez sur le parc, prendre une promenade dans la nature, ou profiter d'un pique-nique. La cabine dispose de 3 chambres plus une zone bonus et 3 salles de bains. Ce luxueux chalet peut accueillir 8. La chambre principale a un lit king avec salle de bain complète, la chambre à deux a un lit queen avec une salle de bain complète, et la chambre à coucher trois a un lit complet avec une salle de bain complète. La zone bonus dispose d'un canapé convertible qui se transforme en un lit queen size. Il y a un bon bureau en face de la fenêtre donnant sur le parc pour vous offrir une vue paisible si vous avez besoin de vérifier les e-mails ou de travailler pendant votre séjour. Le salon principal a de beaux plafonds voûtés. La cuisine et la salle à manger sont bien décorées et spacieuses. Ce chalet dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des planchers de bois franc, tapis à l'étage, et un décor moderne de détente. Profitez de la TV avec Netflix, Google Cast et Internet. Détendez-vous à côté d'une cheminée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de pont pour profiter. Il y a un barbecue au gaz propane pour vos besoins de cuisson en plein air. Les sons merveilleux des oiseaux et la sensation apaisante de l'atmosphère sereine vous laisseront complètement détendus. Profitez du merveilleux bain à remous pendant votre séjour. Ce sera certainement un séjour favori. L'allée a une petite pente raide. Vous avez plein accès au parc dans la rue et vous êtes moins d'un mile de Center Hill Marina and Yacht Club.

Home away from Home near Center Hill Lake

Perfection in travel. The front door code was provided and active when we arrived at check-in. House was beautiful and all the furnishings were super comfortable. Master and second bedroom were Kings and all three bedrooms are en-suites. Great kitchen with laundry room connected.

Great location to Center Hill Marina

We enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property. The location to Center Hill Marina can't be beat. Note that the property has a Keurig, so plan on packing some K cups or making a drive towards Smithville to find some.

Beautiful surroundings made the weekend getaway perfect in this wonderful spacious house!

Secluded clean house with lots of room to sleep and hangout. The kitchen was very well stocked. Firepit and hot tub were a big bonus! We loved the neighborhood and peaceful mornings in nature. Planning to return next year!

Graduation Getaway

We celebrated our granddaughter’s college getaway. (Two granddaughters, one mom, grandpa and grandma.) This place was perfect for a day in Nashville and a day hiking in the state parks. We could prep several meals in the awesome kitchen. The girls loved all of the bathrooms! The porch was perfect for family chats.

Perfect getaway house near center hill marina.

This house was perfect for a getaway and we would absolutely book it again. For a house surrounds by trees it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and every room having an en suite was fantastic. We all commented on the great water pressure. Ha! Loved the hot tub. Used it multiple times and my only wish for the whole weekend was for some towel hooks nearby. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to come back!

Quiet Retreat

We loved our time at the house! It was truly relaxing and peaceful. Be advised that the drip coffee maker is not there. It is, in fact, a Keurig. Buy accordingly.

We had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for 6 adults. We are all in our 60’s & 70’s so we had a little bit of trouble get all our bags & supplies in because of the steps but otherwise wouldn’t change a thing.

Clean and Comfortable!

Our stay was one of the most clean and comfortable rental experiences I have had! The house was spotless and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area/kitchen was the perfect size for our group (6 adults and a 2-year-old). Hot tub was clean. Each closet had extra pillows and linens. The best room was the screened in porch! We enjoyed it morning and night for coffee and conversation. Water pressure was awesome - each en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower/bath combo. In all - a great place to stay. We will try to book again next summer.

Beautiful home

This home was beautiful and well-appointed. There was a problem with large green flies, but I believe they came from the full trash can out back. The floors needed sweeping. However, it is a wonderful house in a beautiful location. There were 2 double bunk beds that were not on the original listing.

Better than expected

On the website, the property looks amazing. It’s actually better than it looks! We loved it and we will choose to go back to that particular property in the future. It’s in a gated community. There are a lot of steps to get into the house, but it’s just fantastic. The management company was very responsive and attentive. We did not have any trouble at all other than my wife accidentally left her billfold. We didn’t realize until we were four hours back home. We called, they found it, they were very responsive. We love the area, and our planning to go back with even more of our family.

The Gift!

We decided to gift our children experiences vs. things. This property is located very close to our boat slip rental space, so we rented it for a month for our two sons and their families as well as ourselves. Everyone could "move in" their food, clothes, etc. and just show up on the weekends or whenever they were able too. The location was only a 45 minute drive for us. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the front steps were in need of repair. I called the manager about it and they responded quickly. We just avoided the steps and used the back entry for safety. We had a great summer and would certainly recommend this Cottage! BJ

Annual retreat

Impressed with the house and the 4 bathrooms for 8 women! Instructions stated not to trust the gps to get to the house. Suggest removing that statement. I used the gps and got to house fine. My friends used the instructions given and got lost. Instructions said to turn on Bay when it should have been bayside. Celebrating Christmas and wished the place was decorated for the holidays a bit. The downstairs master bath and the room upstairs king size bed bathroom outlets wouldn’t work Nedd to let people know it’s the bathroom with bunks that has the reset button for all 3 bathrooms. Overall very nice and enjoyed our stay.

Great location and space for family.

Our family (6 adults/3 children under age four) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbor cottage. The house provides ample room with a spacious kitchen/dining area, plenty of seating, comfy beds, (smallest room is full size bed, not queen) and three private baths. The kitchen exceeds expectation in stocked and quality of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, serving utensils, drinking glasses and cutting knives. The location offered a peaceful getaway close to the marina and Storybook Trail which my 4-year-old granddaughter loved. I personally enjoyed sitting out on screened porch early in the morning with a cup of coffee. IF you are a coffee drinker be aware there is no coffee maker on site, only a Keurig with no pods. I double checked previous comments, and confirmed with property manager before arrival. We brought our own coffee maker and coffee. Enjoy! Kim

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is nicely decorated. We were surprised that it was better than is shown in the listing but I am assuming they will update their photos soon. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed the volleyball court out front and it was an easy drive to the marina. We loved the screened in porch. Our complaints about the house would be there was no spatula, no whisk, no dish scrubber, no small dish towel for washing dishes, and only 5 mugs...all of which were very inconvenient for making breakfast, enjoying coffee or being able to wash dishes and scrub pans. As much as we appreciated the location, decor and comfort of the house, these things were practical essentials that should be provided by the owner. Our other complaint would be with Center Hill Chalets. We found a few times that responses to our messages were greatly delayed or not answered at all...some of which were things we really needed to know. That was very frustrating. I feel like we would have gotten more attentive responses if we had been dealing directly with the owner.

Great place to stay and very cozy

The laundry outside cover was broke and cigarette butts were around the hot tub- the pantry smelled terrible and I could have been dusted , rugs in bathroom washed and outside pressure washed and gutters cleaned out. Over all we recommend it it just needs some TLC outback.
