The Cozy Guest Suite is a 460 sq ft guest room nestled amongst the trees in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is a great place to relax and go for walks. We’re a family with 3 children so there’s a good chance you will hear us at times 😊. 20 minutes to downtown Lancaster City
8 minutes from Spooky Nook Sports
27 minutes to Sight & Sound Theatres
35 minutes to Amish Tourist Attractions
38 minutes to Hersheypark

This space is on the second floor of a 4 bed 2 1/2 bath home where we live. With it having its own entrance it has a private feel and minimal sound from the rest of the house

Jane did a wonderful job with the property. Not only was it very cute, but it was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. She was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Hoping to stay again in the future!

A1 stay !

This was our first VRBO stay and learned quickly we had nothing to worry about. The host was very communicative. It was a very very clean and functional room. The walk in closet was grand. The bathroom very pretty. Shower had good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. Very quiet. The tv was a very good and loved that it was so large, but as sr. citizens we had no clue how to operate it. Instructions left on the dresser might be helpful. Also, the steps because of rain and leaves were very slippery. Not deal breakers though! This beautiful room and location is very worth your visit.

The suite above the garage was beautiful. The noise from the adjoining house was not nice. Highly recommend installing sound proof walls.

Perfect Suite for a Getaway

This is a perfect apartment for a visit to the Lancaster area. Very clean and is exactly as shown in the pictures of the listing. Check-in and communication with Jane was seemless and the space felt like an oasis during our short trip to the area.

Great accommodations

The studio layout was well thought out and provided all that we needed for the two nights. Very quiet location in a beautiful neighborhood in close proximity to the two venues for our our nieces celebration. The only complaint we have, albeit very very minor, was figuring out what was available for TV viewing. Notwithstanding, we would definitely return for another stay.

The property was very nice, clean, roomy, quiet . The only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. We sank in the middle, as it was a memory foam, and it was hard to roll over or get out of it . Otherwise, excellent stay .

Wonderful experience

Jane’s suite is so welcoming! The neighborhood is quiet and the private entrance allowed us to come and go easily. The decor of the room was beautiful and we had everything we needed- from toiletries to snacks to extra blankets. Very inviting and cozy! Jane was a wonderful host who had great communication and was able recommend local spots for us to check out! A 20 minute drive from downtown Lancaster. Would love to stay again!

Spacious and well taken care of. Suggest to have a photocell to illuminate the entrance to upper story unit. It is quite dark . The neighborhood though is good.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAY

When I arrived the property was exactly like the pictures. Parking was very convenient and the neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. There were snacks bottle water clean towels everything I needed. If ever back in town will definitely be staying here again. Jane is a wonderful host!

Nice property in a nice neighborhood

This home was perfect for two people. Plenty of room and very clean and everything you need for your stay. The snacks and water were a nice touch too. We will definitely book again if we are back in the area. Also, the location is great. It's located in quiet neighborhood but close to everything.

Millersville university visit

Your property is beautiful and peaceful. I loved that you had a bible and devotional on the night stand. My son had new student orientation at millersville university. Perfect For My Husband and I

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights as we were passing through Pennsylvania to go to Connecticut for a wedding. The property the beautiful, very clean and just like the pictures. Jane was a wonderful host and where we had a little mishap on our part for only booking one night instead of two, she easily fixed it for us and we were able to stay a second night. I would definitely recommend this space for other couples who are looking to stay in the area.

The place is very nice. The GPS was able to find the place very clearly. .The bed is comfortable and it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. II liked having a larger refrigerator than is found in hotels. One thing you might consider - a handicap bar in the bath tub. I would hate to have someone stay who has mobility challenges and have them fall .

Anniversary get away

This property is perfect for a couple to get away. Very private and quiet The owner was super fast to respond to my inquiries and friendly. The place was clean and simply decorated giving off a very calm and tranquil atmosphere. We loved it!

Wife and I were in Lancaster to visit the Sight & Sound Theater. The room was very nice; exactly as picture and advertised. Owner was very helpful. I would highly recommend.
