Set in a secluded glamping village site, this charming hideaway is the perfect bolthole for couples seeking a romantic escape with a touch of adventure in the Dales. Climb aboard the Settle to Carlisle Railway (3 miles) to admire the stunning Dales scenery or set off on a romantic hike at the dramatic falls at Stainforth Force (6 miles). For those after a bigger challenge, hike the Yorkshire Three Peaks: Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. Alternatively, venture through the Forest of Bowland to explore the historic city of Lancaster (23 miles), or head to Morecambe Bay (24 miles) to enjoy all the traditional seaside fun on the promenade.

From the parking area, make your way to your secluded bell tent. Take the couple of steps up to your private deck and then step inside, where you’ll be greeted by a stylish open-plan space, inviting you to switch off and reconnect. The soft furnishings and amenities inside include relaxing seating, useful storage and a comfortable double bed, perfect for recharging surrounded by nature. Whilst the kitchen area is situated back outside, you’ll find a fridge in here for keeping your local produce fresh.

Glamping is all about the magic of outdoor living. Outside the bell tent, you’ll find an open-air kitchen, as well as a handy gas BBQ. Enjoy a casual al fresco dinner on the deck before you settle around the fire pit to toast marshmallows under the stars. Alternatively, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy a soak in the bubbling hot tub. There is a private shower room at the bottom of the steps, which features a large mirror and plenty of space to get ready for the day's adventures. There is also a relaxing sauna, shared with one other bell tent.
