This single-level retreat is located on 67 private acres, with access to private and public trails for hiking and biking, a fitness center, and a sports court that will provide you with the perfect environment to relax and unwind. This gated compound enjoys a prime location just south of Eldorado at Santa Fe area where you will find convenience stores, restaurants, and grocery stores just minutes away. Some great attractions you can find nearby include public trails (Historic Old Santa Fe Trail), Lamy, the Santa Fe Plaza, Wheelwright Museum Of The American Indian, Santa Fe Botanical Garden, Museum Of Indian Arts & Culture, Ragle Park, Marty Sanchez Links De Santa Fe Golf Course, and Ski Santa Fe. This retreat also ties into the Galisteo Basin reserves with 50 miles of bike/hike trails.

Upon entering, you will find a ranch-style open floor plan with radiant, in-floor heating and air conditioning throughout. The living area offers a fantastic spot where you can spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the Roku smart TV. Fast high-speed WiFi is also available for additional entertainment. A well-appointed kitchenette will have your back when mealtime comes around - it's equipped with a stovetop, microwave/convection oven, air-fryer, griddle, coffee makers and mini fridge.. A full size refrigerator/freezer is available in the connected garage for additional food and drink storage. Outside, the patio boasts an inviting lounge area, an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor dining area, and a convenient outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill and mini-fridge. This is the ultimate relaxation spot with unforgettable Galisteo Basin views of which you never grow tired. The sunny primary suite enjoys a Roku smart TV, a comfy seating area, and an en suite bath with a shower, a separate soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has an en suite bath with a soaking tub, a shower, double vanity, and a walk-in closet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
