Once working cow sheds, these charming stone cottages have been thoughtfully transformed into cosy luxury holiday retreats, character-filled retreats with a touch of industrial rustic charm. . All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet, Grab Rail. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back patio with garden furniture and gas barbecue. 6-acre grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the unfenced river.. Nestled in a peaceful private hamlet in the heart of rural Wales, the cottages sit within 8 acres of shared grounds with tranquil river frontage, offering a serene escape for couples, friends, or small families. Each cottage is beautifully designed and fully equipped for comfort. Inside, youâll find an open-plan lounge, dining and well equipped kitchen area. Smart TV. With one king and one twin bedroom, plus a modern wet room featuring a walk-in shower with seat and grab rails, large sink with grab rail and heated towel rail. Please note the king size room has limited space for a wheelchair but the twin room has wheelchair space between the beds. Outside, enjoy your enclosed patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor seatingâperfect for soaking in countryside views over the ownerâs land and river. Patio has portable ramp from french doors to patio.
Just 20 minutes from Aberaeron, youâre perfectly placed for coastal adventures and countryside walks.
The area surrounding Lampeter and Aberaeron offers a wonderful mix of rural charm, coastal beauty, and cultural interestâideal for visitors looking to unwind or explore. The nearby town of Lampeter has two supermarkets for your convenience and a selection of takeaways. There is an independent butchers, bakers, and greengrocer, alongside a health shop with a vegan and vegetarian cafĂ© and takeaway.
There are also a few independent coffee shops serving local artisan coffees and cakes. Every two weeks a market is held in the grounds of the university selling home made goods and foods.
