Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Enclosed back patio with garden furniture and gas barbecue. 6-acre grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.
