Situated close to the river Aeron and in a central location for touring Cardigan Bay and the western coastline. Decorated to a good standard, with all modern facilities the property consists of open plan living with Smart TV and electric fire, dining area, kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower and Heated towel rail, one King size bedroom and one double bedroom. The decked area to the front of the property with garden furniture is ideal for watching the sunset!. This property offers a country retreat close to the fabulous harbour town of Aberaeron ideal for a family or a couple but There are steps to the entrance and also access from the road onto the front decked area.
