Our Family Lakeview Oasis

This NEWER 4 bdrm 3 bath house sits right on Table Rock lake at Baxter Marina. Boat slips, boat rentals and jet ski rentals are right here. We are 16 miles from Branson, 2 miles from Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater and 6 miles from Dogwood canyon National Park. All the amenities from theater to quite life on the lake are yours! We are excited to share our little slice of heaven that sleeps 10 people.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table that seats 8 with a awesome view of the lake, Living room has a beautiful fireplace with a lake view, master bedroom and lower bedrooms and down stairs family room have views as well.

The layout of the house from top to bottom is: Master bedroom (top floor) with a private on suite, 1 King bed. on the main entrance there is 1 queen size bedroom on with a private entrance to rest room.

Living room, dining room and kitchen all on the main floor with a huge deck that seats 6 with additional chairs provided to enjoy each others company while watching the sunset over the lake.

The lower level bedroom # 3 has 1 queen bedroom with private entrance and porch. Bedroom #4 is the kids bedroom with two twin trundle beds and a separate queen size bed. The lower level also has the laundry room, a full bathroom and family room with a queen sofa sleeper, private entrance and patio over looking the lake. There are large flat screen TVs in every room but the main level bedroom.

This beauty will sleep 10 +.



Baxter Marina and cove is known for the best fishing on Table Rock, Its quite and has easy access just across the street! The boat launch, a swim beach and daily docks rentals are available for rent by the day or by the month are literally a 100 feet from the house.

The pool is just steps away and is open May 15 to October 1, (weather permitting).

During the summer months the Baxter Marina offers a small outdoor eating area where they serve, shrimp, burgers, hot dogs and salads. Its a great way to have lunch on the dock and enjoy the scenery.

There are fun trails to hike around our place or ride your bike. Dogwood Canyon park is 6.2 miles from our house and is a MUST SEE!
We are located 3.5 miles from the Black Oak Amp Theater.

We have a great pickle ball court and basketball court, Horse show Pit, and a community Fire Pit and a large Playground for the kids!. Bring your stuff and enjoy !
Branson attractions are 30 minutes away. We promise a relaxing , fun, adventures and memories at our Lake house retreat.

There is a small general store, bar and restaurant within walking distance- "Minnie's Cafe" they deliver pizza, hamburgers and will even come pick you up if you need a ride to the cafe! Live concerts during the summer.

We truly believe you will have everything at your disposal.

We truly enjoyed this house. It was perfect for our Youth trip to Xtreme Winter. We were able to put the boys on one floor and girls and adults on the other floor. We'll book again if we get a chance!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room and beds for everyone. Loved that the master had a separate thermostat for our stay in July. We had a slip at the marina which was so close and convenient. The deck was great for unwinding, a couple fans would have been great. We did not utilize any of the games which did look nice. The pool was good, too much chlorine though. We will be back for sure. This was our first trip but not our last.

Multi family Vacation.

We stayed here for 5 nights with 4 families. We had the best time! The Marina is super close, we were able to rent a boat and a slip for a boat we have. The restaurant at the Marina is awesome! The accommodations were great! Everything we needed for our multi family vacation. Table rock is beautiful and must do if you stay here! We also visited Dogwood Canyon (another must) and spent a day in Branson. So much to do and see! Check in and out was super easy and communication was great. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Family Lake Trip

Very nice, near new 3 level property with plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen and a gas grill. Marina just down the hill and a beautiful part of the lake that doesn't have a lot of boat traffic. Pool is nice and not overly crowded with people, with an adjacent new playground area.

Amazing Property

First time renting a house in MO and this property was amazing. The check-in process was easy, the house was beautiful and clean. It slept 10 of us comfortably and even had a level for the kids to have their own space. We loved all the amenities the property offered. So nice being so close to the lake where we fished, swam and even rented a boat at the marina. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for being part of our family vacation.

Beautiful Home

This property is well maintained. The pictures did not do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised with snacks and keyless entry. The property is at the end of a long winding road with no well known restaurants near by. We enjoyed the space and did not mind the drive to the grocery store. Property manager was very y attentive to texts abs responded within a short time span.

Family Christmas

We stayed here with our family for a weekend. Part of our family lives in Kansas city and the other half in Arkansas so this was a great location in between both groups. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the layout is great for multiple couples having rooms on each floor. The check in process was very smooth and any communication needed with the owner was very friendly with quick responses. This is a property our family plans on using again hopefully in the summer next time so we can take advantage of the lake being so close by.

Beautiful Lake Home

This house is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of space for the whole family. Perfectly decorated and furnished with all the things needed for a home away from home vacation. The host was so courteous and helpful. She even left us snacks. We will be visiting again when the weather warms up!

Great place to stay

The condo was modern and clean. It was close to dogwood canyon where we had a wedding—very convenient and would highly recommend if staying in that area . The owner was easy to work with and very responsive.

The check in was a disaster. We were told we could check in at 2pm. We didn't get in until 4:30 because the code didn't work. The keys that the owner/manager had and the lock box didn't work. They finally were able to get us in. I asked if we could get some money back as compensation but was given the response of, I'll see what I can do. We then asked for a later check out at 11:30 am. We were denied that request and told it was because guests were checking into the property.

Perfect Lake Getaway!

This is our first time staying in Baxter and we were not disappointed. This is a beautiful home that is very close to the lake. We have 3 lake toys that we stored at Baxter Marina with easy access. This home has plenty of space to stretch out. The master suite is amazing. If I had one suggestion it would be to install room darkening shades for the master bedroom. It would also be nice to have recycling. We loved this home and plan on booking next year. Thanks Mo! 😊

Quiet Location

Pros: House is practically brand new & laid out really well. Kitchen was nicely stocked View from front balcony in of Table Rock Lake Lots of towels, nice towels, etc. Cons (depending on your needs) This property is a 40-45 min drive from Branson. There are very few attractions & restaurants that are near the house. Kimberling City had a few things open & a decent grocery store. If you are planning a "Branson Vacation" then you may want to keep looking. If you are looking for a nice quiet spot for a family getaway with a nice view - this is a great spot.
