PropriĂ©tĂ© de 4 acres au bord du lac au coeur des montagnes blanches sur le lac Rainbow. PĂȘcher, nager, faire du kayak ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre Ă  une altitude fraĂźche de 7000 pieds au cƓur de Lakeside-Pinetop AZ. Profitez d'une belle cabine vintage avec une incroyable cheminĂ©e en grĂšs faite Ă  la main, une immense terrasse en sĂ©quoia avec des siĂšges enveloppants et quatre hectares clĂŽturĂ©s pour laisser les enfants et les chiens courir librement. Un trĂ©sor de haute montagne vraiment unique en Arizona.
Les montagnes blanches sont le premier terrain de jeu extĂ©rieur de l'annĂ©e en Arizona. Il y a du ski sur neige Ă  Sunrise Resort, la plus grande station de ski de l'Arizona. Il y a des lacs et des ruisseaux alpins pour la pĂȘche, la navigation de plaisance et le campling. Il y a des centaines de kilomĂštres de sentiers de randonnĂ©e Ă  explorer. Il y a une faune abondante, notamment des wapitis, des cerfs, des antilopes et le rare loup gris.

Ruby's is an amazing property with wonderful lake views and plenty of wildlife. It is so peaceful and the cabin gives you all the basics you need to disconnect from the daily rush. Our 2 dogs had plenty of room to roam safely and our 2 boys had ample room to throw the football, run around, dig in the mud and make structures from the frozen pieces of ice they found near the lake's edge. I could spend many days and nights sitting on the porch and watching the lake! Nights are amazing necause the sky is clear enough to see all the bright stars!

My husband, puppy and I spent Christmas to New Year’s at Ruby’s cabin on Rainbow Lake. No snow but we had a fantastic time and the accommodations were great. Our dog loved watching the geese and ducks off shore and running around in the fenced 4 acres property. Nearby hiking was plentiful and the trails are very well maintained. We discovered Lotus Garden and had the best Chinese food I have had in a long time, especially in AZ. The cabin is well appointed and the wood burning stove keeps things cozy. You can tell the owners love their cabin and it has been in the family since the 1950s. The owner is easy to reach if needed. Just a perfect getaway!

The cabin was exactly as advertised, and completely wonderful. Just the unplug and relaxation that we needed. Shari was an amazing host, and extremely thorough with communication. There were a couple of things going on, right before our stay was coming up, and she notified us of everything. She also answered all of our questions in the months prior to the trip.The cabin has everything one would need to cook, bake, BBQ, slow cook, etc. It was setup so that everything was easy to find - easy to get your bearings. The view, and the lake, and the amount of open land area for our pets was amazing, even better than advertised - absolutely stunning. We did, unfortunately, have some pretty ugly weather, for the first couple of days, due to tropical storms Priscilla and Raymond, but, after the crazy rains and wind, it was just gorgeous! The family and I will definitely be booking again. Cannot wait, truly a little slice of heaven!!

Peaceful Retreat

This was our second time at Ruby’s cabin, and we cannot wait to come back next year. We’ve stayed at quite a few cabins in the area, but this by far my family’s favorite.My daughter loved feeding baby geese, kayaking, and just hanging out in the hammock. It’s a gorgeous setting, the cabin itself is nostalgic and charming, and the owners show real pride in the property.Thanks for another amazing stay!

Rainbow Lake Weekend

It was our second trip to the Ruby Cabin. We just love it. So peaceful and beautiful spot right on the lake. We took our large dog, she enjoyed running around the property and wading in the lake. Had some nice conversation with Jim, one of the owners. Looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely had the best time here

Wanted a cozy fishing area to stay in, this place did not disappoint. Row boats to go fish in the lake, lots of land for the dogs and fam to roam, cozy house to setup a fire and eat smores. Total package here. Will be back.

Another amazing visit!

This was our second stay at Ruby’s and like the first time it was incredibly relaxing. We and our two dogs felt very welcome and the cabin has so many nice touches. The deck is awesome and the view of the lake from the cabin beautiful. We are looking forward to our next visit. Shari and Jim are great hosts.

Great cabin on the lake!

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this cabin. We have two dogs, who loved checking out the critters and the lake. The fact that the site was large yet fully enclosed was a real plus for us. Other places may have a fenced in area behind the house, but here the dogs could enjoy the entire property with us and did not need to be leashed.

Amazing!

The pictures do not do Ruby or the lake justice. It was absolutely perfect - quiet and peaceful. My husband fished pretty much 24-7 and caught enough to keep him happy. Our dogs absolutely loved it and the geese and other wildlife were charming and entertaining. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Shari and Jim!

Happy Thanksgiving!

This is our second trip there and we'll be scheduling our third! We love the privacy yet there are plenty of places nearby if you need anything. The lake and the wildlife around you is pretty cool! And our dog loves it too!

Better than expected

Initially we were overly happy with this property due to the pictures not doing it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful and perfect for a relaxing stay. Being that they allow dogs made it even better. Highly recommended.

Just another day in Paradise

We absolutely loved the property and the history of the area. The lake is beautiful and so relaxing and peaceful. Our small dog loved her multiple swims everyday and we enjoyed the wildlife and the slow pace of the canoes, paddle boards, kayaks and pontoons. People were out fishing from morning until well into the night. The cabin is totally stocked with anything you might need. You step into a time capsule that is so well preserved and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this rental and hosts.
