Horse property in Lakeside: Rustic haven charm meets modern comfort.

House Info/Rules: You will have access to the entire home except the closet in the kitchen. If there are signs of attempting to open the kitchen closet & the sheds you will be charged and/or evicted with no refund.

Please refrain from the barn/horse area as this is off premises to guest and will result in an automatic eviction with no refund. I am not responsible for any injuries, claims, accidents and/or death. Please do not feed the horses.

There is an EV 50amp RV hookup available upon request for an additional fee.

WINDOWS: Careful when opening and closing windows. Make sure to close and lock all windows when not in the home.

Make sure your car lights are working & bring a flashlight. I highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle if its snowing. Bring slippers as there is no carpet in the home.

PETS? No pets allowed. Will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Service animals are not allowed on any of the furniture. Please follow Vrbo rules addressing service animals. If rules are not followed you will be evicted with no refund.

OCCUPANCY: If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.

SECURITY: We have exterior cameras pointing towards the front door. There are cameras on each side on the exterior of the home. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. All cameras record video and audio. These are in place for your safety and protection. Do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests with no refund. There are NO cameras inside the home.

NON-SMOKING: There is no smoking allowed inside. If you do smoke please smoke 8ft away from the doorway and dispose of your trash properly. If the house smells like smoke, there will be a $750 fine for deodorizing the home.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500). Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe sensor that monitors noise outside the sliding glass door. Do not tamper or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched and you will be charged a $250 fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN: We try our best to accommodate an early check in. We use the time between guests to thoroughly clean and perform any maintenance tasks so it is perfect for you. Please arrange for an early check in in advance by messaging us.

LATE CHECK OUT: Our home is in high demand and we often have back to back reservations. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. Late check-outs may be pre-arranged (late check out fee may apply), however you must do this well in advance. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and cannot be rescheduled.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS: The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! You will be charged for the repair. No confetti or glitter inside or outside, which includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

WOOD PELLET STOVE: Can use the wood pellet stove. Please make sure to educate yourself on how to use one prior to your trip. Never leave it ON unattended.

If the home is left with major disorder and trash everywhere it will cost another $50 per hour for cleaning.

If anything is stolen and/or broken you will be charged accordingly.

This is a rural area. You may or may not see wildlife such as elk and the random insect in the home. Please be mindful of trash and food as it can attract pest. Again this is a rural area. Deck is temporarily out of service.
