The Space:

Warm spring air drifts through the screened lanai as you ease into the morning with coffee at the kitchen island. Sunlight reflects off the private outdoor pool, and the gentle sound of water sets an easy pace for the day. Evenings invite you to gather indoors for a movie or step outside for a quiet soak in the hot tub, all within a setting designed for comfort and connection.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level home comfortably accommodates 8 guests across four bedrooms and 5 beds. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath, offering a private place to unwind at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with twin-over-twin bunk beds that are well-suited for kids or extra guests. With 3 baths, mornings and evenings flow smoothly without feeling crowded. Bed linens and clothing storage are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron to help you settle in for longer stays.



Living spaces

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a natural gathering place. Whether you are preparing meals, sharing takeout around the dining table, or relaxing with a show on the TV, the layout keeps everyone connected. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and an indoor fireplace adds an inviting touch on cooler evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and everyday meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Cooking basics and dishes and silverware are included, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. The spacious island offers additional seating and a casual spot to chat while meals come together.



Outdoor living

The screened lanai extends your living space outdoors while offering added comfort. The private outdoor pool and attached spa invite you to enjoy Florida’s sunshine at your own pace. A covered patio or balcony area provides space to sit and unwind, whether you are starting the day slowly or winding down in the evening.



Work & practical comforts

A dedicated workspace and Wifi support remote work, relocation stays, or extended visits. Free parking garage on premises and a private entrance add convenience and ease. Safety features include exterior security cameras on property - Ring doorbell, front and rear cameras on the home - along with smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Long term stays allowed make this home especially well-suited for visits of 28 days or more.

Nearby highlights include Southeastern University, Sun ‘n Fun Expo Campus, local sports complexes, downtown Lakeland dining and scenic lakes.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our CJR Stays Guest Portal:

• $500 refundable security deposit

• $22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
