Upon entry to the home you will find a cozy dining area with seating for four and a fully equipped kitchen to cook & bake until you heart is content. The open living/dining concept provides a great flow to enjoy with family & friends! There is a couch, two chairs, wine bar and 55" Smart TV with streaming of over 60 popular channels & Roku for your entertainment. When you are ready to wind down, the large glassed-in patio is the perfect place to enjoy bringing the outside in & has an AC unit for those warm days. There is an outdoor table with seating for six and a 32" Smart TV! The coffee bar area will become one of your favorite places to start your morning with a cup of coffee and end your day with a hand of cards & your favorite beverage.



The master en suite bedroom has a wonderful queen size bed, dresser, large closet, extra linen closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a dedicated workspace & chair and twin bed for extra guests joining you. The guest bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower.



The covered carport & driveway area has parking for up to 2-3 cars. The laundry/utility area has a full size washer & dryer and work space if you enjoy spending time outdoors & storage for the golf cart. If you fancy outdoor cooking, there is a propane grill for use on the carport to get your favorite meal sizzling! To ensure you can get around the community in style, there is a golf cart for your use with approved waiver for our guests. The utilities are all included for your stay! What are you waiting for?
