Modern 1 bedroom villa with King Bed just five minutes to the beach!
Completely renovated 1 bedroom apartment 1/2 a block from Lucerne Ave. in downtown Lake Worth Beach and less than 1 mile from the beaches. This one bedroom has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen, dinette seating for two, large breakfast bar and a large pantry. Everything is brand new including quartz counters, shaker cabinets, new vinyl flooring, and a totally renovated bathroom. Enjoy a quiet split AC system and impact windows located in the upscale Parrot Cove neighborhood adjacent the public golf course and the intracoastal. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, and a nice spacious closet. Light and bright apartment with lots of big windows!
"Ocean Breeze Villas" is a 4 apartment building that we renovated over between the beginning of 2021 and mid 2022. Our pride and joy is the backyard which we took from an overgrown mess of various weeds and scrub with a combination of gravel/concrete and asphalt, to a tropical paradise. It is completely fenced in for privacy and includes a high-end outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, refrigerator and sink for mixing your cocktails. We also have a large shade umbrella that can be used to keep you cool while you picnic and enjoy the backyard.
We have a large couch for relaxing and chairs for sunning. There is an outdoor shower, and in the middle of it all a beautiful custom made artistic water feature that adds to the ambiance of this tropical space. We have up-lighting in the backyard to illuminate the tropical space at night as well as security lighting in front and behind the property to ensure your safety and make it easy to get around. We installed a paver patio behind the fence in the back which connects to the alley so our guests have plenty of off-street parking and don't have to compete with others during the busy festivals like the Chalk Festival in downtown Lake Worth Beach. There is high-speed Wi-Fi in the backyard area and we added several outlets with USB power so you can enjoy your devices in the backyard without interruption.
