This 3-bedroom home sits 45 minutes from Walt Disney World, 50 minutes from Universal, and far enough from the tourist corridor that you`re paying a fraction of what comparable homes cost in Kissimmee or Davenport. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private game room make it work for families or two couples traveling together.

The space
The layout is straightforward and practical: a king in the master, queens in the two guest rooms, each with enough space that six adults aren`t cramped. Two bathrooms means no morning bottleneck before a park day.
The game room is the differentiator — air hockey and foosball set up and ready to use. On the inevitable Florida afternoon rain day, or when someone in the group doesn`t want to do another park, the house actually entertains people.
The covered patio and BBQ grill give you a real outdoor option. Cook dinner in, eat outside — it`s a legitimate alternative to driving out every night.

Lake Wales is in Polk County, between Orlando and the Gulf Coast. For Disney trips, it`s a straight shot up US-27 — roughly 45 minutes to Magic Kingdom, no toll roads required. Bok Tower Gardens is 10 minutes away if you want a morning off from theme parks. Legoland Florida is 30 minutes north in Winter Haven.
Grocery stores (Publix, Walmart) are within 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and residential.
