The home sits on a quiet residential street and overlooks a calm water channel that connects to the lake. Guests are welcome to fish, bring their own kayaks, or bring a boat. The property offers space to park a boat or trailer during your stay. Please note that equipment is not provided, and swimming is not permitted in the channel.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so guests must maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors and on the screened patio. Guests must dispose of all smoking materials properly and be mindful of open doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
