Fantastique maison au bord du lac à Lake Toxaway Estates. 3 chambres à coucher, 5 salles de bain, piÚces supplémentaires, véranda, terrasse, solarium sur hangar à bateaux, deux kayaks, quai pour bateaux avec échelle de bain, table de ping-pong et ponts extérieurs.

Le niveau principal est un salon / salle Ă  manger / cuisine ouvert avec un magnifique sol en pin des cƓurs et une cheminĂ©e, un mini-bar et une buanderie. Chambre des maĂźtres avec lit king size et salle de bain complĂšte, 2Ăšme chambre Queen, 3Ăšme chambre deux lits jumeaux, 4Ăšme chambre Queen, lit de repos et simple et 5Ăšme chambre Queen.

Le lac Toxaway est situé dans le comté de Transylvania, en Caroline du Nord - le «pays des cascades»!

It is located on a quiet cove which is great for swimming. House is comfortable with second refrigerator. Would definitely stsay here again. Nice but overgrown

The house is nice, dark, and cozy with all the appliances you need. The beds were comfortable. On the downside, the shrubs and trees are overgrown and it would help the lake experience to trim back. Dock is minimal. Wood floors are spreading apart which create a hazard when barefoot. Lots of spiders and jurassic size ants inside house and downstairs is damp and musty.

Note to owner: we seemed to have an influx of spiders and ants inside (landscape trimming would help). Also, there were no tubes in the storage area.

We had fun!

The home is in a great location. It is roomy and adequately furnished. The fireplace is great. Negatives: needs trees and bushes trimmed as view of lake is somewhat obscured by overgrown bushes and trees. Cooking utensils, silverware, knives etc. need to all be replaced. These two concerns are meant constructively. All that said.....we would rent there again!
