Pack your bags for a perfect getaway to this Lake Placid vacation rental! The 4-bed, 4-bath lakefront home on one of the best lots in the cove of Lake June was built in 2019 and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. The home is over 2,700 sf under air and has a beautiful open floor plan with vinyl wood plank flooring throughout; all new appliances, furniture, and amenities; and a huge 50' x 15' screened patio with Jacuzzi hot tub - perfect for entertaining. This home also a beautiful backyard with a private boat house with large seating area under the roof and room to park your boat (boat lift not available but drive on jet ski docks are with notice), rope swing, 2 paddle boards, private beach, and a fire pit. Ping Pong table and indoor shuffleboard table also available for your enjoyment. Enjoy barbecuing, roasting s’mores, cooking in the kitchen and boating.

Third time staying at this lovely home on the lake. Wonderful place and great check-in and communications with the owner. Highly recommend for a lake getaway or for a trip to Sebring raceway.

The home is beautiful, and the furniture, mattresses, and linens were all very comfortable. Everything was clean and clearly high quality, and it’s obvious that a lot of care went into preparing the home. Even small details, like the soft toilet paper, were appreciated.We had a wonderful stay overall. The only minor challenges were related to communication and the hot tub. We received the entry code shortly after our check-in time, which caused a brief delay at arrival, but everything was resolved quickly. For the hot tub, we paid the additional fee to have it filled and cleaned; while the water itself was fine, there was a small amount of sand at the bottom, so it may not have been fully cleaned beforehand.Despite these small issues, the home itself was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would happily stay here again and would just plan to touch base with the owner a bit earlier prior to arrival.

Fantastic property! Beautiful, pristine inside and out, very thoughtful amenities.
