We are excited to share our lakefront condo with you when we can't be there! Our condo can sleep up to 8 adults (or 10 with kids). Located on the 12MM off Horseshoe Bend (HH) in Lake Ozark, MO.

THE SPECIFICS ABOUT OUR HOME:
You will love this delightful lakefront condo with breathtaking views of the Main Channel at the 12MM with ALL the comforts of home. This is THE perfect home for families, friends, fisherman, and/or golfers!

You can travel light because we supply all bath towels, bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, salt, pepper, and assorted spices, dishwasher pods, trash bags, ziplock bags, and coffee filters.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with more than enough items to cook up a great meal. Has garbage disposal, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove, and microwave. Kitchen table has room for 6 and breakfast bar can seat 4.

Laundry Room:
Has full sized washer and dryer available for guests to use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Living Room:
Has a Smart TV, that includes cable, for catching the game or just taking a break. Large sliding door leads to the screened-in porch which looks out to the breathtaking Main Channel view. All of this is open to the kitchen so everyone can be a part of the conversations!

3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with a Smart TV, that includes cable, and large windows of which look out onto the Lake. Has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bath towels are provided, including a makeup towel for easy removal.

Bunk Bed Room: Two Bunk Beds (twin over futon) that can sleep 4 adults or 6 kids. A Smart TV is provided. Has a full bathroom with a shower. All bath towels are provided, including a makeup towel for easy removal.

Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed with a Smart TV that includes cable. Has an adjoining full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bath towels are provided, including a makeup towel for easy removal.

Porch:
Take in the unobstructed view of the Main Channel on lounge furniture (seats 5), a rocking chair, or a table and 4 chairs, while watching TV.

Parking:
Community parking lot (3 vehicles) just a few steps away from the front door - No Steps! No boats, RVs, or trailer parking.

LOCATION:
It is centrally located on the Horseshoe Bend Parkway (HH). Only minutes or a short Uber ride away from many waterfront restaurants and bars. It is also located in the center of many major golf courses.

The Bagnell Strip Dam can be found only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy popular restaurants, parasailing, and watercraft rentals. There are miniature golf courses and go-kart tracks all around the Lake area. You could spend a week at the Lake and still not do and see everything.
