Enjoy 3 modern bathrooms with 2 bathtubs, 2 Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, a Nest thermostat, and full in-unit laundry for everyday comfort. A massive private driveway provides parking for 5 or more vehicles.

Nearby, you’ll find charming small-town vibes with local restaurants, cafes, and general stores just a short drive away. For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, you’re close to parks like Arrowhead and Algonquin, ideal for hiking, kayaking, or snowshoeing, depending on the season.
Whether you're visiting in summer for water sports or winter for skiing and snow-covered forest walks, the neighborhood offers a calm, safe, and family-friendly setting with that classic Muskoka charm.
Getting Around:
➜ Car is the easiest and most convenient way to get around the area
➜ Local taxi services are available for short trips to nearby towns.
➜ Bike-friendly roads and trails make cycling a scenic option in warmer months.
