Our guests will love the amazing views of Lake Lure and how the place brings everyone together. The open living area flows out onto the outdoor deck, featuring the hot tub, outdoor table, sofa, fire pit, BBQ grill & more!

We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be added upon booking with us.

Situated directly on Lake Lure with gorgeous mountain views, you’ll love relaxing on the dock watching the sun set every evening. Recently remodeled with all new beds and fresh paint for carefree living. Whether you are here for a family get-away, lake vacation, the house is set up for the best of all worlds!

This is one of the historic properties from the 1960’s era of Lake Lure! It has been reimagined and brought back to life with a complete remodel both inside and out. Please note that with a house this age you’ll find floors, steps and surfaces that may be uneven in places, but of course easy to walk on. While guests find the charm in this, we want you to know before you book!

If you are looking for a remote, massive house with nothing to do, this may not be the place for you! If you are looking for a fun filled trip in an intimate, cozy home with direct lake access, pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle boards, this is it.

The driveway can hold up to three small/medium vehicles. If you are driving larger SUV’s/trucks, only two vehicles.

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms in total.
1-Queen bed
2-Queen bed.
3. Bunk bed- consists of two full sized mattresses with a twin pull out trundle.

Kitchen:
All brand new fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & coffee maker, toaster. Dining room table for up to 6 people. More additional seating is available outside on the deck. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!

We provide coffee, sugar, K-cups for you!

Bathrooms:
Upper level floor- Stand up shower.
Lower level bathroom- Stand up shower.
Both fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer and fresh towels and wash cloths.

Cleaning:
Brand new stackable washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum, broom and general cleaning supplies.

Outdoor:
Cozy up on the outdoor deck with sectional couch, propane fire pit for you to enjoy. Four lounge chairs with two umbrellas to lay in the sun.
Outdoor dining table that seats 6 guests. BBQ grill that is ran on propane and charcoal. There is also a little high top bar area that can seat two people.
Hot tub that can hold 6 guests. We ask that you please do not bring any pets in the tub! $200 additional cleaning fee will be added if there is pet hair in the tub.

Pack & Play is available if needed- please bring your own sheet for the pack and play!

You will need a vehicle to get around.
