Apple Valley 19 at Rumbling Bald

Apple Valley Villa 19 is a recently renovated, beautifully decorated villa, which includes a king size bed, pull-out full size couch, flat screen TV, DVD player, new stainless steel full size refrigerator, microwave, electric glass top range and dishwasher. Updated décor includes butcher block counter, glass tile backsplash, a wide variety of DVD’s, children & adult games and activities to keep everyone entertained.

Also available are (2) backpacks, 2 tennis rackets, hiking supplies, portable folding chairs, and a soft sided cooler with freezer packs. Both children & adult fishing gear is available for guest use. The covered rear deck offers a great spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain environment with both conversation seating and a club height table for 4 to enjoy a meal outside or to play cards or board games. A wooden highchair for younger children is available. This unit is Non-smoking but does allow pets.

This studio is located approximately one mile away from the main amenities. This property does not have a water view. There are no laundry facilities. Rented golf carts cannot be taken to this unit.
 

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, bath mats, sheets, and dish clothes are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit and there is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
