The 5,000 sq ft Home & Casita boasts of 7 amazing bedrooms (1 is a large bunk room, 1 has a king bed in the Casita) with every detail being appointed, with Luxury bedding, comfortable beds, Wifi and multiple indoor and outdoor Entertaining Spaces, including a movie room, gaming and fully appointed Kitchen! Custom tile floors, Beautiful Decor and furnishings through out, making this such a great space for you!

Parking is spacious, with room for side parking on the gravel for 3 cars or a truck with boat trailer, and 4-6 cars in the garage and driveway. This is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so NO ON STREET parking at anytime.

The Private Pool and Spa has a Pebble Tech surface and is so fun, large and will be perfect for the entire group! Open up the cabinets and storage benches to find Pool toys, 20+ beach towels and floating rafts for you to enjoy as well! Pool depth is 5' and makes a great space for a game of volleyball! It is now heated, which you will love that in the winter months!
Right next to the pool is our grill area with a large griddle and grill plus propane tanks, tons of seating and outdoor eating area. The gas fire pit is so fun in the evenings.

The Large kitchen boasts of a 48" Viking gas cooktop stove, Large fridge (second in the garage) with ice, Walk-in pantry, Dishwasher, place settings for 22 guests, large sit-at-counter and large farm house table for dining. I've gathered spices, condiments and extras to make your stay comfortable! A Keurig & k-pods for Coffee fanatics, and a coffee pot for the hard addicts.

My (Cammie's) favorite happy place is the living room, overlooking the front patio and mountains. The vibrant blue green succulents, couches and gold marble accents just make everything okay in my mind! Come, sit and have a cup of coffee with me!

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom is the King of Arizona, with a spacious living area with large smart tv, large custom king bed, walk in shower and deep soaking tub! Step out to the pool/back yard from your private entrance.

Our Boho Get-away hosts a queen temper-pedic bed, large closet, room for a roll-away if a child needs to stay with you and a full bath that is shared with the pool/outdoor area. (Don't worry, there is a lock on the door to keep those wet kids out if needed!)

The Buffalo Room is right down the hall, next to a full bathroom, with a King Bed, gorgeous prints and a real Buffalo hide rug! You will love this themed room! The large closet is a huge bonus for luggage and clothing!

The Ranch room sleeps a new Queen bed with great space for relaxing and is well appointed with horses as decor... We love the ranch roots of Arizona and all of the west!
Between the Ranch and Geo room is another clean full size bathroom with towels, soaps, shampoos and sunshine!

Our Geo room boasts of a wonderful Queen bed, soft shag rug and room for a roll-away if needed. It get's morning's first light and our guests love the fun modern take of the blues, greys and whites.

The Casita is just beyond the large pool, and boasts a full private bathroom, large Bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds and new bedroom with a king bed! 1 twin bunk in the open game room for extra sleeping space. The pool table, poker/game table and brand new 65" tv for gaming is set to keep you entertained!

The Theater room is one of our favorite spaces in the main house, where you can draw the curtains, dive into the deep couch and play your favorite movie on the 75" Smart TV!
It's just steps from the dining and kitchen, but secluded enough to not feel like you are bothering others. It is also considered a sleeping space for a roll away if you need

What should be said about the outside!?!? There's the beautiful pool & spa, the new 4 hole Put Put, grill, gas fire-pit, huge pub style dining table space, comfy outdoor lounging and tons of space in the back to play some basketball! The hoop is ready for you!

The goal in setting this home up for our family and friends is to create spaces for conversation, games, hanging out and enjoying each other! We desire it to be clean, well appointed and beautiful and we will deliver on that!
