Very nice home. Kitchen & bathrooms have granite. Tile throughout except bedrooms, all three bedrooms have new carpet. House recently painted inside & out. Pets allowed. New heated/cooled pool and fully fenced yard. This recently remodeled home is very clean and updated. The master bedroom has its own bathroom on suite. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway and is on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom. All linens and kitchen supplies and even paper towels and toilet paper stocked for your arrival. Backyard has stainless steel BBQ with patio furniture. Nice RV parking with plenty of room to park your boat and RV.
Suddenlink TV and free WiFi included. 5 minutes to Windsor beach launch ramp. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay, only a phone call away.

Beautiful home with enough room for family to relax comfortably. Backyard provided fun with pool access and lots of comfortable seating. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Owner is very polite and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Property

We stayed at this property for 11 days. The home and property was extremely clean and well cared for. It was very comfortable. The home has everything that you could ask for. There were plenty of towels, pots and pans, etc. We spent most of our time enjoying the relaxing back yard when we were there. The boat parking was perfect. Carol communicated with us and was very responsive when we had any questions. She takes pride in her home and it shows. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Lake Havasu City in the future. I highly recommend this home.

Nice house

We absolutely love the house. Enjoy. The pool could’ve been a little bit cleaner was very dusty. Don’t know what the cleaning crew does, but they don’t do the best of job other than that staying there.

Perfect Paradise

If you are ready for a relaxing time, this is the place for you with all the comforts of home. The pool temp was just right, the quiet neighborhood was safe with friendly neighbors, and the house had all the amenities. If we go back to Lake Havasu, we will stay here again.

We stayed for four weeks. The house was as the pictures depicted. The house is very comfortable and has a nice, big patio. The owner was very responsive to questions/concerns. The pool may be smaller, but was adequate and fun.

Fun at the Lake

Everything was great. Very clean and homie. Not to far from the highway or the lake. Neighborhood was super quiet and neighbors were very nice and friendly. Would love to stay there again on my next trip.

Havasu house

This was a great house to rent. Master bedroom and bath on one side of house. Other two bedrooms and bath on the other side. Well stocked with everything you need. Even beach towels. Owner always responds right away. Thank you Carol. Ps - the pool is small but really warm and nice. Kids and adults had a great time!!!!

Great Labor Day weekend stay!

Needs Better Mattresses

We would of given it 5 stars but only the Master bed had a comfortable memory foam mattress. The other 2 rooms were very uncomfortable. 1 was rock hard so we took turns sleeping on it so one couple didn’t suffer for more than 1 night. The house and host was great

Prefect Accommodations

The house was perfect for our group and a swimming pool was a nice added feature during the summer. Had Cable with a lot of movie channels and the pool made it nice for relaxing. Carol was very responsive to any questions we had and plenty of room for parking. It was a great weekend.

Great place! Wonderful experience!

The house and pool is exactly what you need to stay cool and relax in the hot Havasu heat. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced for a VRBO rental. The house was clean, A/C running upon arrival and all things in good working order. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience while on vacation. Neighbors were friendly and we would definitely love to stay again!

Five stars across-the-board. The house was very lean, nicely decorated, centrally located in town and close to the lake. Also it was well equipped with all the cooking utensils and outdoor barbecue for all our cooking needs.
