This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and is designed for easy, everyday comfort. The open living areas feature cozy seating and Smart TVs throughout, making it easy to relax together after a day on the lake or out on the trails.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare family meals, and the dining area is ideal for group gatherings, game nights, or shared breakfasts before heading out. A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, perfect for longer stays, boating trips, or off-road adventures. High-speed Wi-Fi supports streaming, remote work, and multiple devices with ease.



A standout feature of the home is the large game room, complete with life-size games, a 4K Smart TV, and a popcorn machine — a favorite space for both kids and adults.



Outdoors, enjoy a private enclosed backyard with comfortable seating, perfect for taking in Havasu’s sunsets or unwinding in the evening. The front yard is open, while the backyard offers a more private, relaxed space.



For guests bringing boats, trailers, or toys, the property includes a NEW 25x40’ dedicated boat/RV pad with easy pull-in and pull-out access. A two-car garage is also available for guest use, adding convenience and secure storage during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: OPTIONAL Hot Tub heating is available at $50/night (minimum 3 consecutive nights) to cover cost of propane gas. Please send us a message if you wish the hot tub during your stay at least 24 hours in advance, and we can send you the charge.

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the game room and living areas, the kitchen and dining space, and the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Outdoor patio areas and the enclosed backyard are also available for guest use.



On-site parking includes a 25x40’ dedicated boat/RV pad with easy pull-in and pull-out access, ideal for trucks, trailers, and off-road vehicles. A two-car garage is also available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

This home is perfectly located for both relaxation and adventure:

   •   Just a couple blocks from the open desert – great for off-roading, hiking, and exploring

   •   Minutes from local shops, coffee shops, and restaurants

   •   Close to family-friendly dining, including the popular local pizza spot

   •   Short drive to the lake for boating, fishing, and water activities.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to explore Lake Havasu. The home is conveniently located minutes from the lake, launch ramps, shopping, dining, and downtown. Desert trails and off-road areas are just blocks away. On-site parking makes it easy to come and go throughout your stay.



Other Things to Note:

• OPTIONAL Hot Tub heating is available at $50/night (minimum 3 consecutive nights) to cover cost of propane gas. Please send us a message if you wish the hot tub during your stay at least 24 hours in advance, and we can send you the charge.

• OPTIONAL Pool Heating/Hot Tub heating is available for $300 for your stay, this covers Pool temp at approximately 80', for up to 7 days and Hot Tub at between 100'-104' between 3PM and 10PM nightly. If you are staying longer, please message us to obtain additional details.

• This is a quiet residential neighborhood; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• A noise monitoring device may be present to help ensure compliance with local regulations (does not record audio)

• The backyard is enclosed; the front yard is open

• Boat, trailer, and RV parking is provided on the 25x40’ pull-through pad; please park only in designated areas

• Garage remote is provided; lost or unreturned remotes incur a $100 replacement/reprogramming fee

• This home is best suited for families, couples, and respectful groups

Guest can reach us direct, by ringing the "Ring" doorbell, or through the booking site for any questions or concerns.
