KITCHEN
The stylish chef’s kitchen at Exquisite Havasu Getaway is the perfect spot for friends and family to gather. With an oversized island featuring 6 bar seats, high-end appliances including refrigerator and freezer, double ovens, a microwave, gas stove, dishwasher plus all the kitchen essentials including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups and tea bags, blender and crockpot for all of your cooking needs. This inviting space seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio through a wide-sliding panel door, providing an effortless indoor-outdoor transition.

Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart Roku Tv and primary bath with dual vanity, large soaking tub, large shower and walk-in closet with plenty of storage. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 – Front Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, closet, Smart Roku Tv, down the hall from the bedroom their is a guest bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity sink. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 – Second Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, closet, Smart Roku Tv, down the hall from the bedroom their is a guest bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity sink. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 4 – Casita with Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink, refrigerator and kitchen sink. (Sleeps 2)

Exquisite Havasu Getaway offers an exceptional outdoor experience. Dive into the pool and enjoy the sun while relaxing on our comfortable loungers, shaded by umbrellas. Outdoor seating area complete with a couch and two comfortable chairs is perfect for lounging. The spacious backyard is complete with a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, firepit and cornhole game. Ideal for family fun, our turfgrass area is great for kids, playing games, and hanging out. Whether you're grilling at sunset or simply enjoying good company, this backyard is designed for your utmost comfort and enjoyment.

GARAGE + PARKING
With our spacious, double RV garage plus a 2 car garage and massive driveway/concrete pad, this home has room for it all.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

We are very proud of our home and want to ensure all of our guests have a 5-star stay. To that end, we have a few guidelines for guests:

At the request of the owner we kindly ask that no shoes be worn in the home.

No parties or events allowed.

Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM. We want you to enjoy our home, your visit, socializing, and use of our oasis amenities. We are certain you would agree that loud, disruptive, or destructive behavior is not acceptable. Violators will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.

*ABSOLUTELY No amplified music after 7 pm. Violators will be asked to vacate the property.

Must be 25+ years old to book

*No third party bookings allowed. Guest must be staying at the property.

No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation.
Our occupancy count on this property is 8 guests. If you have a larger group and have questions about bringing additional guests please contact us before booking. We have the right to accept or deny the request, as well as request an extra guest fee and refundable damage deposit.

$1000 - $1500 deposit may be asked at time of booking during holidays or big events in town and refunded at checkout upon inspection.

SECURITY CAMERAS
There are security cameras located outside of the property, the front entrance, driveway, and backyard surveillance of patio, pool and pool equipment. There are no cameras inside of the home.

The purpose of these cameras is for liability, safety, security and to prevent parties and misuse of the pool or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with.

PETS
Pets are not allowed. Please leave your furry friends at home.

SMOKING AND VAPING
Absolutely No Smoking or vaping are allowed

POOL | SPA
A pool / spa waiver will need signed upon arrival and sent to your host. This requirement is mandatory and non negotiable.

The pool is not heated or temperature controlled.

Absolutely No running or diving in the pool.

Pool cleaner comes 2x a week (Monday & Thursday) through the side gate to clean the pool, which takes a few minutes and they will not interrupt your stay.

No glass containers of any kind on the back patio or pool area. This is for guest safety, and strictly enforced.

BBQ Grill
BBQ grill is run off propane. We try to keep the tanks full but on occasion they could run low. If you run out of propane please refill and send your host the receipt and we will get you reimbursed.

Please clean the BBQ grill after each use.

FIREPIT
Firepit is run off propane. We try to keep the tanks full but on occasion they could run low. If you run out of propane please refill and send your host the receipt and we will get you reimbursed.

TRASH PICK UP
Trash pick up day is on Monday. Trashcans are to be put on the curb on Sunday evening. We do have a service that does this for us on Sunday.

Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement.

For items left behind, a $20 service charge is added to the shipping charge.
