Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire villa. This includes exclusive use of the deep 2-car garage, ideal for keeping vehicles and gear out of the desert heat, plus additional driveway parking. The backyard is fully private and gated, with exclusive and private access to the hot tub throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood far away from traffic, but close enough to be local and only minutes down McCulloch Blvd. to the London Bridge. Location is central to local amenities, easy access to offroading and getting down to the water. Minutes away we have a local pizza joint, stores for quickly restocking your cooler, and even a local bar that serves the coldest beer in town! Please see the guidebook for additional information!



Other Things to Note:

The Coyote Den is one of two private villas situated on a beautifully landscaped half-acre property. The villas are connected only by their garages—there are no shared living walls. Each home is intentionally designed for privacy, with primary suites on opposite ends and fully private, gated backyards, each featuring a heated hot tub and dedicated outdoor seating.



Please note:

• The boat parking area (30’ x 60’) is shared within one large gated area- each section shared is approximately 15’ x 60’

• RVs require prior authorization and an additional fee if guests will be camping separately overnight

– Unauthorized RVs are subject to a $100 per night penalty

• All guests must be listed on the reservation

– Unregistered guests or occupancy beyond the maximum will incur a $100 per person fee

• Well-behaved pets are welcome with payment of the pet fee

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM



Each villa operates independently. Your stay will be private, comfortable, and secure, thoughtfully designed with guest experience and respect for neighbors in mind.

Interaction is through the owner and owners management team. Extremely responsive day or night. We want to ensure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and trouble free!
