House Rules

Respect the Property 🏜️
This home was thoughtfully designed to offer a luxury experience with a laid-back feel. Please treat it with the same care and respect you’d show your own space.

Occupancy Limit 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️
Casa Maria sleeps 10 guests max (including the rollaway bed and sofa bed). This includes all overnight and daytime visitors. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violating this rule may result in the termination of your stay without a refund and added fees. Thanks for respecting this space and our neighbors!

Pet Policy
Casa Maria is Dog-Friendly! 🐕‍🦺🌵We do charge a pet fee,
We welcome up to 2 dogs max—either one large or two small breeds. To ensure a great stay for all guests:
Pets must be house-trained
🛋️ No pets allowed on furniture or beds
🐾 Please pick up all pet waste—left messes will result in additional cleaning charges
💦 If any pet messes are found indoors, a $250 carpet cleaning fee will apply minimum
Excessive pet hair, odors, or damage may result in further charges
We love our furry guests, but keeping the home clean and comfortable is a top priority. Thank you for helping us do that!

General Guidelines
No Smoking—Inside or Outside 🔥🚫
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 cleaning fee will apply. Thank you for keeping the air fresh for all guests.

Quiet Hours 🌄
By order of the City of Lake Havasu, quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors and comply with local regulations.

Pool & Spa Use 💧🌞
Enjoy the gorgeous new pool and spa—but please follow a few simple rules to keep it clean and safe:

No glass in or near the pool/spa area—use pool-safe drinkware only
🛁 Rinse off before entering the pool if you’ve been in the lake
👶 Children must be supervised at all times
Turn off jets and lights after use and clean up any personal items
Any damage to pool or spa systems will be billed to the guest
- Plan ahead and know that spa and pool heating are additional charges

Games & Electronics 🎮🤠
Have fun with the garage arcade and entertainment areas—but treat items with care.

Please return games and remotes to their original spots
Turn off TVs, speakers, and electronics when not in use
Damaged or missing items may incur replacement fees

Cleanliness & Damages 🧼🌵
We pride ourselves on a clean, fresh experience for every guest.
Excessive messes (spills, trash, etc.) will result in added cleaning fees
Lost or damaged linens, towels, or items will be charged accordingly

Check-Out Checklist ✅🚪
Before you go:
🗑️ Take all trash to bins
🌡️ Reset the thermostat to original settings
🔒 Lock all doors and windows
🧳 Remove all personal belongings

Casa Maria offers tons of space for your vehicles, boats, and toys:
Huge side parking for trailers/boats
Two driveways + roundabout for easy maneuvering
Please park responsibly and do not block neighboring homes or mailboxes.

For the enjoyment of all guests and to help us maintain the property, water balloons are not permitted at any time. Balloon fragments are extremely difficult to remove from the yard and pool equipment, can damage pool systems, and require extensive cleanup. Any additional cleaning or repairs resulting from the use of water balloons will be the responsibility of the guest. Thank you for helping us keep the property in great condition for everyone!
