Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, and interior amenities. Outdoor areas and parking spaces designated for the home are included for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
Located only minutes away from Windsor Beach launch ramp, local grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Easily get back to the property after a long day on the water, with boat parking for multiple boats and toys.
Getting Around:
Our home is on the water side of I95, and is off the beaten trail, meaning not on a major street, but easy to get to, quiet and minimal traffic. We are located near Windsor Launch ramp, a couple blocks from the water, near stores, restaurants, pubs and everything you would need. Easy parking, 3 car garage, with side yard parking for additional cars, toys and boats. Our home is set up to ensure a fun, stress free vacation for you, your family and friends.
Other Things to Note:
The Oasis on Kirk is a great fit for families, groups, boaters, off-roaders, snowbirds, and event travelers who want space, privacy, and a central Lake Havasu location.
Guest Policy: All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests may be charged $100 per person.
Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with an approved pet fee added at booking.
Parking: Boat parking is included. RVs require prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
Events & Peak Weekends: Lake Havasu hosts major events throughout the year, including Desert Storm Poker Run & Shootout (April), Fun Run (May), Run to the Sun Classic Car Show (October), Relics & Rods, Spring Break weekends, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Boat Parade of Lights (December). Please be mindful of quiet hours and neighboring properties during these busy times.
Local Tip: Event weekends book quickly — reserving early helps secure the best availability and rates.
An outdoor propane fire table is available seasonally. For guest convenience, 5-gallon propane tanks may be rented for $30 each. There are two full tanks available on site. Guests must contact the host to request access to the propane tanks. If additional propane is needed, we’re happy to assist.

Guests can easily get ahold of management directly, by ringing the "Ring" doorbell or through the booking app.
