Guests can access the entire cabin, outdoor fire pit, and private Lake Harmony just a few minutes' stroll away. The lake permits fishing, power boating, water skiing, swimming, and paddle boarding, and it also boasts a community beach with a swimming area, picnic tables, beach volleyball, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. A mini-downtown with restaurants, nightlife, cafes, bars, shops, post office, and country store is just a 4-minute drive away. Skye Drive Therapy is the perfect vacation rental for families and groups seeking a luxurious and convenient getaway in Lake Harmony, PA.

Lake Harmony is just a few minutes’ stroll away from the cabin. This private lake permits:

During your stay, it is my priority to always be available for my guests. In the event that I am not, our House Manual has two additional contacts for you. Host and Guest communication is very important to me, yet I will follow my guest’s lead on how much communication is needed, as this is your vacation to enjoy as you, please! My maintenance team and cleaners are amazing and are available in person as needed, at my request.

✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 23. The host will verify a government-issued ID

✷ The home has 1 flight of stairs.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ 12 Towels (1 per guest) are provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 3 hand towels (1 per bathroom). We do not provide beach towels or hot tub bathrobes.

✷ There are cameras outside the property.

✷ A hot tub fee of $100 will be applied if upon check out, the jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating.

✷ Extra cleaning services beyond routine cleaning will also be applied depending on how long our crew takes to clean.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

>> There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past
the 10am check-out time.

>> Late check-out requests may be made via the online booking platform, beginning 24 hours prior to the actual check-out date and time (10am the day prior). Late check-out will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be considered if there is no other guest checking in that same day.

>> If late check-out is approved, the fee will be $50 per additional hour. Alternatively, the Host may offer a discount to extend the stay for an additional day.


No-Smoking Policy

Smoking Prohibited Indoors
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes, but is not limited to, tobacco, cannabis, vaping devices (e-cigarettes), and any other form of smoking or vaping.

Outdoor Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (describe the specific areas, e.g., “the patio or driveway”). Guests must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and ensure smoke does not enter the property through doors or windows.

Fines for Violations
If there is any evidence of smoking inside the property, including odors, ashes, cigarette butts, or damage caused by smoking, a fine of $200 to $1,000 will be charged. The amount will depend on the extent of damage and cleaning required. Additionally, any costs associated with professional cleaning or repairs will be passed on to the guest.

Smoke Detection
To enforce this policy, we use smoke detection devices and outdoor security cameras (complying with Airbnb’s privacy guidelines) to monitor for smoking-related activity. These devices are installed to protect the property and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

Immediate Actions
If evidence of smoking is found during your stay, you may be asked to vacate the property without a refund, and applicable fines will be charged. Continued violation may result in further actions, including reporting to Airbnb and a negative review.

Professional Cleaning
In the event of indoor smoking, the property will require professional deep cleaning to remove smoke odors and restore it to a clean state for future guests. Any related charges, including the use of ozone machines or special cleaning services, will be passed on to the guest responsible.

Health Precautions: The hot tub can pose health risks if not used responsibly. It is essential to supervise children closely, avoid alcohol consumption, and refrain from using the hot tub if pregnant or under medication that may impair your ability to use the facilities safely.
Temperature Settings: For personal safety, maintain the water temperature below 104°F.

| General Safety |

Enjoy our fire pit and barbecue, but ensure all fires are completely extinguished after use. Always watch children closely around these amenities to prevent accidents.

| Guest Responsibilities|

Amenity Use: Guests are expected to responsibly use all cabin amenities and instruct others in their party to do the same. Misuse or negligence that results in damage or accidents will be the financial responsibility of the guests.
Damage Policy: Any damage to amenities due to improper use, such as using incorrect detergents, damaging the hot tub cover, or causing blockages with foreign objects, will result in a charge for repairs or replacement.
Liability Waiver: By booking and using our cabin, guests agree to waive any claims against the owner for accidents, medical conditions, or other claims arising from their own use or that of their guests of the cabin amenities or hot tub.
