Experience the serenity of Lake Harmony just steps from your door. While the dock shown in photos is private, guests can access the lake from the public shoreline directly across the street. We provide two kayaks and two paddleboards, complete with all necessary safety gear so you can enjoy every moment on the water. Just 0.2 miles from the home, a peaceful secondary launch point offers the perfect place to begin your lake adventure—ideal for soaking in serene views and easy lake access.

🔥 Fire Pit & Grill Ready
Unwind in the evenings around the outdoor fire pit—complimentary firewood is provided. For outdoor cooking, enjoy the propane grill, with gas supplied and ready for your use. It’s the perfect setup for cookouts under the stars.

Split Rock’s public basketball and tennis courts are located just a short drive away and open to guests.

🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options for your stay:

• A small, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs
