Group Getaway within 1 min of Big Boulder Ski Mountain

Welcome to our expansive 6-bedroom home in the heart of Lake Harmony, minutes away from great restaurants & bars and Pocono activities fun for the whole group!

Designed for families and large groups, this home can comfortably host 16 guests. In the Fall, come see the incredible foliage of the Poconos! In the winter, enjoy a <1 minute drive to the slopes!

Entertain at home in our Game Room or Movie Loft. Relax on the private deck or cozy up by the fireplace. Cook for everyone with fully-equipped kitchen and grill. High speed internet for everyone to stay connected and WFP (Work from Poconos) when needed.

ABOUT THE SPACE:

This 6-bedroom home includes space for 16 to sleep comfortably with 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Full Bunk Beds and 1 couch pullout Full bed.

The whole group can relax and enjoy the big living space with a cozy gas fireplace and huge dining table for 10+. The upstairs loft area is perfect for a movie or XBOX game night with surround sound, while the downstairs game room is ready for play with air hockey and shuffleboard tables. 9 smart TVs throughout the house, including a TV in every bedroom, and ultra-fast wifi allow for maximum entertainment.

Connect with nature on the private deck, which includes a gas grill. Speaking of cooking
 the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to make a feast for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances and an electric stovetop.

At the end of a fun day, escape to the privacy of the spacious bedrooms spread out across the 3 floors. The large Master Bedroom with King bed is on the main floor and includes a workstation and a bathroom with separate tub and standing shower. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms have a ton of natural light. Upstairs is a Queen bed, as well as a Full bunk bed. And downstairs, 3 bedrooms include 1 King bed (with large desk & monitor), 1 Queen bed, and 1 Full bunk bed. The loft couch also includes a Full pullout bed.

Direct access to all that the Poconos has to offer, including lakes, ski mountains, hiking, restaurants, waterpark resorts, Pocono Raceway, and so much more.

Boulder Lake Club: 1 minute drive from house.

Split Rock Waterpark & Resort: 9 min drive from house

Pocono Raceway: 9 min drive from house

Local restaurants nearby, including Boulder View Tavern , 1 mile away.

Grocery stores within 10 min drive, as well as a Walmart Supercenter 25 min away.

Big Boulder Ski Mountain: 1/2 mile from house. Skiing and tubing fun for the whole family.

Jack Frost Ski Resort: ~15 min drive from house

FOR SUMMER:

Big Boulder Lake Club: 1 mile from house, which includes sandy beach, heated pool, and kiddie pool. 10 passes provided to the lake club. Plenty of activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladder ball, basketball, bocce ball, and ping pong. Rent pontoon boats, canoes, kayaks, and peddle boats. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We had a fabulous weekend getaway in the Poconos at this house with our entire family coming from different places. Peter was a great host with excellent instructions to get us through the weekend from beginning to end. Highly recommend this place to accommodate big families and get together. Has everything you need.

Christmas in July Getaway!

Our family looks to take a trip around Christmas in July each year and found this great property! Peter was a great communicator and very attentive every step of the way answering any/all questions we had. The property was a great location allowing us to have lake time at Big Boulder Lake and close enough to camelback for us to enjoy a waterpark day. Our kids loved renting boats, paddle boards and kayaks on the lake. The staff were very friendly and made the lake enjoyable! The house was equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, tableware and much more! We had a coffee pot issue and Peter responded and overnighted a replacement to us immediately. The air hockey and shuffleboard were loved by all and the space for our multi family trip was perfect! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay any season!

Want get away for a few days where you have private lake/pool access with water sports, good restaurants, a convenient store, awesome sunsets And a friendly and responsive host
This is the place. House was clean and tech savvy, which went along way with the teenagers. 3 showers and plenty of hot water! Kitchen has all the stuff you need to meal prep. Hope to be back one day!

Poconos weekend

We had a great experience working with Peter! The house was great and just as it is listed. We loved the convenience of the bedrooms and worked great for numerous families. Peter was incredible at communicating throughout the entire process and everything was a breeze! The proximity to Big Boulder was also amazing! Overall great stay & would highly recommend!

A great ski vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property! Everything was exactly as described. The home was super clean and well equipped for our large party. There was plenty of space for everyone. We really appreciated the host, Peter, reaching out to see if we would like him to leave the holiday decorations. They really added to the ambiance. The house is in the perfect location to hit the slopes or tubing quickly at Big Boulder, but it's also just a short ride to Jack Frost or Camelback. The three local restaurants we tried were awesome! Peter checked in periodically to see if we had questions or needed anything. We definitely would stay here again.

despite having rain all weekend we still enjoyed our family getaway inside the condo most of the time, the host, Peter , was the best communicator we have ever had at one of our many rentals over the years. I would definitely recommend the rental unit.

Truly a Summer Retreat at the Lake

Our stay was amazing. We planned a last minute getaway to the Poconos to close out our summer and the location of the property could not be beat. We were just minutes from Big Boulder Lake with a ton of family activities and close to many great restaurants. Everything from booking all the way through to checkout of the property was handled meticulously and the owner, Peter, was extremely helpful, patient and attentive. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. There was more than enough space for everyone in our party however, my only comment would be the set up was probably better suited for those with younger children. Our party was mostly adults with more older children. That said, the place was comfortable, beautifully decorated and truly felt like a retreat. We would absolutely stay here again!
