SUMMER: 12 FREE access passes to the members-only Boulder Lake Club. Lay on the beach, enjoy the full-size and toddler pool, kayak & boat, play tennis & volleyball, and listen to live music while dining lakefront (please ask us for more details about additional passes).



WINTER: You can literally walk to Big Boulder Ski Resort from the cabin… And the view of the slopes along the lake is to die for! Drive to Jack Frost Mountain in 10 minutes. Other major ski resorts are a short drive away.



Bachelorette weekend, birthday, or besties reunion? We can help coordinate an unforgettably chic private chef dining experience and outdoor or indoor luxury picnic worthy of a spot on your IG feed (see our photos!)

Our getaways are for guests who want a fun yet relaxing and serene experience close to outdoor adventure. If you are looking for somewhere to throw parties, late night events, or boisterous gatherings, our homes would not be an appropriate fit. Please consider booking with a different host.



Reservations:

The person making the reservation must be present from check-in through check-out. Please note we use dynamic pricing software which automatically adjusts based on the demand happening real-time in the area. That means you may see price fluctuations over time. Please finalize your booking as soon as possible to lock in the price you see.



Pet Policy:

NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. Undeclared pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. Damages made by undeclared pets will incur an additional $500+ charge.



Rules & Regulations:

All guests are subject to the community rules and will be responsible for any fines imposed by the community incurred during their stay, separate from any fines applied by the host. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am, string lights must be off by 12 midnight. After a 2nd noise complaint guests will be required to vacate the property immediately.



Vehicles:

A maximum of 5 overnight vehicles are allowed. Our cabin accommodates 2 large or 3 small/medium vehicles parking directly in front and 2 additional vehicles in the community overflow lot. Please confirm with us if you have any questions. Parking is not allowed on community streets. Guests must submit driver name/make/model/license plate information for all vehicles no later than 7 days before arrival. This will ensure security knows you are a registered guest.



House Supplies:

We provide our guests with a weekend’s worth of essentials (16 bath towels, a hand and makeup towel per bathroom, 6 jumbo toilet paper rolls, 2 paper towel rolls, 5 dishwasher pods, 4 laundry pods, 5 kitchen trash bags, no wash cloths, no beach towels). The Country Peddler is just a 5 minute drive if your needs are more than average or you have a longer stay.



7+ Day Discount:

Please keep in mind that 7+ day stays qualify for a discount. Modifications to shorten your stay to 6 or less days will lose the discount and potentially cause your total cost to be more expensive than a longer stay. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to pro-rate the discount for shorter than 7 day stays.

By booking this property your group accepts all responsibility regarding use of the property and amenities and agrees to release the Host(s) from any liability.
