The house has 4 Bedrooms where the master has a King Bed, the second with a queen and the other two rooms have bunk beds for a larger family or a group of friends.

Nestled next to the Big Boulder Lake, it settles between Big Boulder Lake and Lake Harmony, this townhouse offers all of the household essentials you could need in a tranquil setting across the road from the water! Spend your days skiing at Big Boulder Ski Area then warm your winter chills around the wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

The open-concept interior of this family-oriented home features hardwood flooring, tall ceilings, and plenty of natural sunlight.

All the amenities you need to be as relaxed as possible during your stay are here, including air conditioning & heat w/digital thermostat, TVs, Coffee Maker, and free WiFi. We also have hair dryers, an ironing board/iron, crib, high chair, and all linens are included. Picture yourself sipping hot cocoa on the plush living room sofa while watching your favorite show on a large flat-screen HDTV.

We had the best experience at this house! The home is beautiful and cozy, blankets by the fire place and all the comforts of home :). The pics dont tell it, but there is 4 bedrooms: two bedrooms each with king size beds and two bedrooms each with 1 bunkbed. The host was Amazing!! First they welcomed us with a bottle of wine! And due to the impending snowstorm on the Sunday we were leaving, they were gracious enough to offer us a free extra night which we greatly appreciated but did not use because we knew the roads would be worse the next day at a temperature of 1 degrees. they were responsive any time we had questions, and were even helpful enough to look for activities that they were not familiar with. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and would stay there again! Thank you sooo much for an at home experience!

Perfect location, access to lake club was a wonderful perk. House as described, was adequate for our group. Owners were prompt and courteous with communication, and very accommodating. It was our sons birthday weekend and the owners did not disappoint with anything. Will definitely return in the future. Would give a 7 out of 5 if allowed! Happy vacationing!

Lovely Family Vacation with kids

Our family had a great time staying at the house owned by Amrish and Melissa. They were prompt in answering my questions and concerns.Our family loved the free passes to nearby Boulder Lake Club plus there are two tennis courts on the development. The owners have put in expensive leather reclining sofa set that made watching movies fun. We were a party of 5 adults, 2 children and an infant. The property has indoor games of table tennis in the basement plus a TV set in eac bed room. We all enjoyed biking, kayaking, hiking, swimming and visiting the nearby historic Town of Jim Thorpe,

Spring Trip

We noticed several issues, as follows:1. The outside deck was not usable, with leaves and a mole on it. We didn't dare to go out at all, Spiders all over2. The master bathroom shower has an extremely poor drain3. The upstairs bathroom sink had an extremely poor drain4 Can opener doesn't work in the kitchen5 The Garage trash bin was already full, and no place to put our trash6. Property needs pest control...we noticed spiders all over the unit, and the kids were scared.Also, don't think listing accuracy was good, I can send all the details with pictures, if you prefer

Great time w family

Close to big Boulder, so the kids could come and go. Big kitchen table so we were all able to play cards and interact with the rest of the family in the living room. Plenty of options for sleeping. The game room was great for the kids to get a way and play. They really had all they need in the basement. This is our 3rd year and Mel has been great as a host.

Wonderful !

This was our 4th annual family ski trip at this home and we all had another amazing weekend. The home had a few updates which looked beautiful (paint and new carpeting). The property was very clean and very well stocked. Great location and close the the ski resort. Got to enjoy some fireworks also this year from the front porch. Cant wait to be back!!! Great stay with a weekend away

Our friends had a reunion here and we mainly stayed in the cabin the whole weekend. We cooked our own meals and the space was great for gatherings. Very clean and sufficiently heated
