The Space:

Step through the front door and into a cozy foyer with a sitting area for two—ideal for morning coffee or a quiet read. As you move into the living room, you’re greeted by a warm, welcoming space featuring a plush couch, a love seat, and a smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a day at the lake. The bright, airy kitchen features stainless steel appliances and flows effortlessly into the dining area, where a table for four invites you to gather for meals or game night.



Head out onto the deck and you'll find an outdoor table for four—great for al fresco dinners or stargazing. A firepit and grill add to the charm, perfect for s’mores and sunset cookouts. Enjoy your mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee in hand, watching the quiet street wake up. With beach access just a short walk away, this Lake Geneva retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and classic Wisconsin lake life.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin size bed, a twin size trundle bed, a smart TV, a small couch, and deck access. This bedroom is heated via space heater.

This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Air conditioning is via portable/window AC units.

• Bedroom #3 is heated via space heater.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles.

• There are 2 external security cameras: 1 monitoring the front entry, and 1 monitoring the back entry.

• 2 parking passes will be provided for guests to use the amenities of the association on Lake Shore Drive.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.



Amenities include:

Private park & basketball court, 1st beach located across from "In the Drink" (restaurant - W3860 Lake Shore Dr.) has two volleyball courts, a playground, 2nd beach located across from "Papa's Blue Spruce (restaurant - W4086 Lake Shore Dr.)" has a covered bridge, 3rd beach by the public boat launch/bathrooms, and another playground. Along the 1.3 miles of lakefront property there are swings, benches, picnic tables.
