Description du cottage 2BR 1 Bath des années 1920 à côté: a été entièrement rénové en juin 2009. A garage attenant, air central, cuisinière à gaz, terrasse à l'arrière, véranda grillagée et foyer, et vue sur le lac. Peut être loué pour un coût supplémentaire avec la maison, peut accueillir 6 personnes maximum, n'a qu'un seul petit chauffe-eau et baignoire.
Nos clients nous ont dit qu'ils avaient particulièrement apprécié cette maison de vacances pour son excellent état général. Lors de votre séjour, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Lake Como. Parmi les prestations de cet hébergement, on compte une laverie et une salle de jeux vidéo. Une cuisine et 3 plusieurs salles de bain sont disponibles dans cette maison de vacances.

Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend! Having a restaurant/bar right next-door with great food and pizza is an added plus. The owner was excellent in communicating with us. We had to play it hour by hour on whether or not we were going to rent their pontoon due to the weather,and he was great about that.

We had an amazing Summer weekend at this beautiful house! Cade was very communicative and helped us with local recommendations. It was so peaceful and relaxing being so close to the water, and our daughters loved spending time at the park just across the street. We hope to come back someday!!

Weekend Getaway for Wedding/Birthday

The house is very spacious, with a nice view & great location! Love the decks in different locations & the back yard is pretty private. Really appreciated using the beach pass & having the bar/restaurant right next door. Would definitely rent this space again!

Great location and property

Our group had a great long weekend renting this property. It’s right across from Lake Como and convenient to Lake Geneva by a short drive. It is next to a bar but we were not disturbed by it at all. The house itself is well-equipped with everything needed and was clean and tidy, and overall our group enjoyed our stay very much.

Great lake house

We had a great stay! Cass called me the night we checked in to let me know the ins and outside of the area and things to do while there. Their pontoon boat was broken while we were there, but they got us in touch with someone else who was willing to let us rent theirs from them. We would definitely rent again.

The house was nice and big and in a great location. The public beach is approximately one mile away. The slip docks are good for fishing. The house was clean but in need of some minor TLC.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Cass's lake home! We were close to Lake Geneva, but it felt less crowded since we were on Lake Como and in a more residential area. Cass stopped by to check in and was so friendly! Be sure to check out In The Drink next door as it's a fun dive bar with great food. Also, KC's Clubhouse up the road was phenomenal for a small, intimate dinner! I would highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway!

Nice home by the lake

Rented for a family vacation, the 8 of us and 2 dogs had plenty of room, could handle more. Home is in good condition and owner was responsive to concerns. It's 10-20 minutes away from all the action at lake Geneva or just stay and relax at lake Como. The bar next door had a good cover band playing on our last night and the pizza was good to.

Great location

Layout was very nice. Location was great next to the “In the Drink” bar and was a very pleasant place and so were the other bars that are very close to the house within walking distance actually. Furniture was nice but had a few complaints about the beds being old and uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced. Some of the smaller trees along the drive need to be removed cause they scratch the vehicle while pulling in… master bed room was nice upstairs and shower was very nice!! Furniture is little outdated but functional. Was told foldout down in basement was very uncomfortable and just slept on couch. All in all it is priced right And would recommend this place to a friend and rent again….thanks!!!

House is large and comfortably fit all 11 of us. We loved the open concept so we could spend a lot of time cooking and chatting together. View is great. We loved having the bar right next door — great food, staff and drinks! The big beach pictured in the photos is a mile away but the host gives you a car pass to go there. We loved the paddle boards and canoe! The only issues we had were that the beds weren’t very comfortable (except for the King). It was only 3 bedrooms so some of us had to stay in the open loft or the basement. The house has lots of scuffs and marks and could use a fresh coat of paint but if that’s not important to you, the place was good! I contacted the host a couple times with questions and she responded fast and provided solutions. She was very easy to work with. We would stay there again.

Worth the money!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here! The house might be a little out dated so sure you might see something like a small hole in the wall from a previous shelf or something but definitely nothing that affected our visit! I texted that i might be arriving earlier and the owner made sure i had access to the property. The house was clean and looked exactly like pictures online. Everything was well stocked and we had no reason to contact the property manager which is the way its supposed to be. Some previous reviews talked about the noise from the bar but we couldn't hear anything from inside the house and not enough to complain about while on the back deck. You really can't beat this house this close to the water and the ability to share the experience with family! We'll definitely be back!

A Little Run Down for the Price

The owners are very nice and responsive and seem concerned about the “details of the visit“. However, the property was not real clean and sleeping accommodations were not great for a large group such as ours. One of the pull-out sofas was in disrepair and didn’t appear to have been changed or cleaned under. It was not easy to find adequate bedding, that was folded and looked believably clean. The kitchen cookware is in rough shape, but the owner was very nice to provide a Keurig coffee maker. There is a bar next-door, that has a very good Friday night fish fry, but also has the sound of bottles being dumped out at various times of the day and evening. A lot of traffic coming and going, also. We paid quite a bit of money, possibly because of the holiday period, but for the price I expected a little more.

Great house...confusing manager

The house was great, it was in an awesome spot, easy to get around, and plenty of space for our group. Upon arrival one of the toilets was flushing slowly and the garbage cans were full. Considering we had 10+ people in our group by the end of the weekend there was nowhere to put the trash, and the toilet was clogged upon the first night. We tried plunging, and upon leaving I texted Cass letting her know. We thought we left the place in pretty good shape, but I received a long message of things that were left in poor condition. To wrap it up, the house was great a little dated but as expected for a lake house, just be weary of how you leave the house at check out, and make sure to keep the owner posted on house challenges throughout your stay so you don’t get a charge at the end of your visit for some things we felt we couldn’t control.

Lake Como Stay

The house was dirty. It appeared that the floors had not been swept in awhile. The ceiling fans and window blinds were covered in dust. The dish washer soap dispenser did not open during its cycle so we had to wash the dishes by hand. The coffee makers did not work well. The house had a lot of ladybugs, flies and spiders. The windows were covered in spider webs. The doors have gaps between the door frame and the door. In general the entire house is run down and needs attention. The description of the property states that a beach is near by. Calling the sand area by the lakes edge a beach is very misleading. The internet did not work. I would not reccomend staying at this propery.
