Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests enjoy exclusive access to this brand-new build and its amenities that are available so far, including the 24/7 Fitness Center, Theater, Meeting Space, Rooftop Club Room.

It is crucial to thoroughly review the check-in instructions before your arrival for a seamless experience. Upon check-in, a key fob will be provided, which must be returned upon departure. Please note that fees may be incurred if the key fob is not returned properly.

For the safety and security of our guests, all our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring devices within the unit. Please note that these devices do not record; they are solely for your safety and peace of mind.

The Neighborhood:
Lake City is a charming small town nestled on the shores of Lake Missaukee. This laid back Northern Michigan destination is beloved for its sparkling lake views, outdoor recreation and friendly hometown vibe.

Getting Around:
The most convenient way to get around Lake City is by car. M-55 runs east-west, connecting to Cadillac and other towns. M-66 runs north-south and intersects with M-55 just outside town. Uber, Lyft and local taxi services are available. Lake City is a small walkable town with downtown amenities, restaurants and the lakeshore typically a short walk. Seasonal bike rentals are also available.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:
-Signing the rental agreement
-ID and selfie uploads
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur.
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.
• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.
• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies.
• Pets:
-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.
-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
