Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Walking distance to all the restaurants and arts in town. Quiet neighborhood. Good view of the mountain. Nice town with friendly people. Engineer pass is a must. Slumgullion nice as well.Owner communicated very well. Hope to visit again.

We have stayed in Lake City in the past and this condo will definitely be our first choice when we return. Brittney obviously has put a lot of thought into meeting the needs of travelers because this condo has it all - perfect quiet location, safe, ground floor, lots of storage in every room, comfortable, well equipped kitchen and beautifully updated too! Only 3 blocks from shopping and restaurants. Parked our ATV right in front of the condo with our truck/trailer just around the corner. We would highly recommend staying at this condo as you explore the Lake City area.

Silver street condos were just what my friend and I needed as a place to hangout for a few days between hikes. There was an issue during arrival but Brittney addressed it immediately and professionally. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Lake City in the future!

The property was in a beautiful location with wonderful views. The proximity to the start of the Alpine Loop was perfect for our SXS adventure. The cabin is located outside of town but close enough to take the SXS into town for shopping and dining. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes again.

We chose this property because of its location and overall appearance. It did not disappoint! We took our side by side, and we could drive to local restaurants and shopping or walk. We could also drive to the Alpine Loop without having to load up on a trailer. We enjoyed visiting on the porch area with our people staying here. The condo was extremely clean and decorated so cute! After a long day of riding, the very hot water felt so nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable! The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in/check-out was very simple and easy! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Lake City again.

Amazing Property

Run don’t walk to book this property! One of the best properties we have ever booked! Very clean and new! They have everything you need for your stay. The beds were heavenly after a long day snowmobiling! The property manager was very easy to deal with and very nice!

We had a great stay at silver street condo’s! I will have to say we have rented a lot of places through the years and the condo was the cleanest we have ever had! Definitely recommend! Beds are comfy and the condo had all the things we needed

Enjoyed.

We frequent Lake City every year, but always to camp. We decided to take a fall ride on the loop with family and chose the Silver Street Condos to stay in. Our two bedroom condo was all updated, very comfortable and extremely clean. We used the firepit and the Weber grill that was part of the property. You will need to provide your own wood and chairs for use at the firepit. I highly recommend Silver Street Condos and we will most definitely plan to stay again.

Great location for activities in the area. Easy access to groceries and restaurants in town. Everything inside is updated and very clean. Couldn't quite figure out the TVs but I'm not on vacation to watch TV anyway.

CLEAN! GREAT LOCATION! MASSIVE COMFORTABLE BEDS!

What a great place! Wish we could have stayed there the entire time while visiting Lake City, but it had already been rented out. If you are visiting Lake City, do yourself a favor and stay here. You are going to sleep like a KING/ QUEEN! The beds alone are worth the stay. but the entire apartment is super clean and stocked with everything you need. Bathroom has a nice heater as well. and also the towels are nice and comfortable, lol ...weird but they are. I would definitively stay here again when visiting! Great job!
