🌍 We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, we do have a few guidelines:
- Only verified users with positive reviews.
- Renters must be 25 years or older.
- No pets allowed.
- Each townhome accommodates up to 8 guests, for a total of 24 across the three units.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. We value our neighbors and want to maintain a peaceful environment. A maximum of 24 people may be at the property.

📝 Please Note:
- The units are NOT baby-proofed.
- Since the townhomes are next to each other, you may hear some noise from other guests.
- The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs, while there is a half bath and sleeper sofa on the first floor, which may not be ideal for guests with accessibility needs.

🔑 Check-in Info:
- Detailed check-in instructions and key codes will be sent via Airbnb messenger on the day of arrival.
- Check-in is from 4-9 PM (Central Standard Time). If you arrive late, please be mindful of noise.
- Check-out is by 10 AM.
