Summary:

Welcome to The Lilypad, your dream-home away from home. A completely new and designer renovated Oasis. This house can comfortably fit up to 10 guests making it ideal for family getaways, executive retreats, unforgettable holidays or an overdue reunion with friends.



Situated directly in front of a National Park with miles of hiking trails, just minutes from the lake and a short drive from the ski slopes, this house truly has it all.



The Space:

The first floor offers an open-design featuring a stunning gourmet chef's kitchen with a massive marble island, Viking appliances and everything necessary to cook that big family meal. There is also a bright living room with fireplace, a massive smart tv and multiple seating areas -- including a dining table just off the kitchen. The first floor is also where you will find the 1st of the two primary suites, complete with a spa-like en-suite bathroom (soaking tub, dual sinks, gorgeous shower), a laundry room with all the bells and whistles and a luxurious guest bathroom. Up a flight of stairs on the second floor is our 2nd primary bedroom that has a gorgeous view of the lake, a massive walk-in closet and it's own en-suite luxury bathroom, a 3rd bedroom with views of the mountains and a luxury queen bed, a playroom (with XBOX), an adorable kids bedroom with 3 full beds, and another luxury bathroom. In the lower level, there is another full bathroom and a massive gameroom for adults, complete with Wet bar, pool table, massive smart TV and a fireplace -- the perfect place to unwind after a long day at the lake, on the slopes or post-hike. There is also AC throughout the house, a brand new security system, state-of-the-art WIFI (perfect for remote work), 5 Smart TVs (set up for easy streaming of your favorite shows) and endless details that will make this feel like your own home.



The backyard is completely level and entirely fenced in, featuring a fire pit with adirondack chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows) and an outdoor dining table -- all overlooking the complete privacy, serenity and beauty of the National Park.



The garage can fit 2 cars and there is parking for an additional 2 cars. County allows 4 cars max. The garage is accessible from inside the home.



Finally, saving the best for last, there is a heavenly Sunroom -- all glass and facing the National Park -- complete with a mini-library, board games and blankets. This room is instant relaxation, surrounded by forest and wildlife, where you can enjoy the changing leaf colors, the pure white snow or the blooms of spring, all while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. If you're lucky you may even see a deer, coyote or bear wander by as you doze off for a nap...



This house really has it all and from the moment you step through the door will feel like your (dream) home away from home.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Per City and County ordinances, guests must sign the Good Neighbor Policy and provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in. This policy covers noise, occupancy, parking, and trash. Failure to comply will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

- You must be 25 or older to reserve this property. Individuals under the age of 25 who book this home may have their reservations canceled or interrupted without the option of a refund.

- There is an AC unit, which is rare in this location!

- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.

- If you are bringing a pet, you must pay the pet fee of $50 per dog per night, prior to arrival. Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

- NO STREET PARKING

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

- NO NOISE HEARD PAST THE PROPERTY LINE

- BOOKING GUEST WILL RECEIVE A FINE AND EVICTION WITHOUT A REFUND ENFORCED BY THE COUNTY.

- Pets must not be left alone at the house unless you bring a kennel with you. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

- Guests may be charged for excessive cleaning, odors, or damage beyond normal use.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30.00 per hour. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



For stays of 28 days or more a mid-stay clean is mandatory and the fee is $264.

Beautiful, absolutely gorgeous home. Exactly what you see in photos, if not better. Immaculately clean. Quiet, private property. Outdoor space, great and very clean maintained. The most comfortable beds ever . Luxury shower in master. Room for large family with privacy for everyone. Game room so fun for a late family night Private bedrooms and space for different family members. Attentive immediate response from host, within minutes of text. Have never had such incredible communication especially during a holiday. Book this home without any hesitation. The best vrbo we have ever stayed in. Will not be disappointed!!

What a fabulous property!! It was completely as described! Well furnished throughout. Multiple seating areas throughout the property made it perfect for us to gather in both small and large groups. The living room and the dining areas were good, of course, but we also hung out in various sizes in the backyard, the sunroom, the upstairs TV room, and the downstairs recreation room with the pool table. You will definitely want to cook and host to your heart’s content in the large cook’s kitchen. It has a good sized island with six gas burner cook top sitting under a very efficient vent and fabulous brand name appliances all around. We really enjoyed going for walks on Yellowstone Street after dinner. All around, this was a perfect place for our group. We all talked about wanting to come and visit every now and then for some quality time away from the city. This property definitely made our top 5 list. I am sure it will stay up there for quite a while.

4th of July Friends Trip

We had 8 adults, a toddler and an infant. This was the perfect property to keep us separate when needed and also hang out together. The sun room got warm but was a fun area. There are def some local bugs that might join you but you’re in the mountains so it’s their home. We will definitely be back.

Great House in Lake Arrowhead

House looks exactly like the photos if not better! Check in was super easy, we traveled with a group: 2 families, a dog an infant and a 5 year old and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Will definitely book again if we return to the Lake!

Lilypad Review

My family and I were able to enjoy a variety of activities (I think my favorite was the cornhole outside/ and the sunroom), all while having more than enough space to fit all 10 of us plus our two pups. It was a gorgeous place to stay and I would definitely come back in the future if I was going with a big group.

Weekend Getaway

This home is absolutely beautiful! We were amazed as soon as we walked in because the home looked exactly like the uploaded photos. I've stayed at a few vacation homes and I'm usually disappointed when I see the rental in person. The kitchen had everything we needed because we planned on eating a lot of home cooked meals during our stay. All the rooms were spacious and bathrooms were stock with all the necessities. Also, the house is less than 10 minutes away from village and is in a quiet neighborhood. When I visit Lake Arrowhead again I will definitely book this home!

Very relaxing

House was very modern and beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and loved the backyard because it was closed in so it was safe for my grandkids and my poodle. The house had everything you needed except a toaster but we managed. Will visit again.
