With the Lake Arrowhead village and retail shops only 4 miles away (a quick 10 minute drive), you are close to all this city has to offer while still having your own quiet space to come back to. Don't forget to enjoy some of the most beautiful views in Southern California from the comfort of your own upper deck while sipping your morning coffee! P.S. bring your pups along- we are dog friendly! 🐾



The Space:

BEDROOMS:

Bedroom 1: King bed with a memory foam topper, ensuite master bathroom with a giant backlit mirror, 2 nightstands, lamps for ample lighting, extra blankets/pillows, a space heater, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 1 nightstand & lamp, connected to a shared bathroom, luggage rack, and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, no connected bathroom but shares bathroom with bedroom 2. Ceiling fan, nightstand, and luggage rack.

** All bedrooms are on the second level**



LIVING ROOM:

With a sectional that comfortably fits 5 adults, gather for movie nights around the 65in Smart TV or curl up by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the tastefully modern cabin feel. Chat with those cooking in the kitchen, play games, or enjoy the view off the back deck directly from the couch! The back deck is directly off the living room and has a BBQ and outdoor patio seating. The whole house heater is run by the thermostat directly behind the couch. Crank it up in the winter months to your liking.



KITCHEN:

The kitchen is fully stocked with a full service coffee bar, hot tea kettle, pots & pans, baking sheets, tons of cooking utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, etc. For your convenience the coffee bar has both a Keurig and Mr. Coffee Pot as well as sugar, creamer, and medium roast coffee grounds. The kitchen table seats 6.

OTHER ITEMS:

Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom so you don't have to walk upstairs every time you need to use the restroom. The large washer and dryer are also located here with laundry soap provided as well as a vacuum and broom for your use.



THINGS TO DO:

Skiing at Snow Valley is 30 minutes away along with snow tubing and other fun winter activities. Just 10 Minutes down the road is Lake Arrowhead Village where you can enjoy convenient access to charming shops, eateries, and lakeside strolls. 🐾



IMPORTANT INFO FOR WINTER RESERVATIONS:

1. Caltrans requires snow chains to be carried in your car during the winter.

2. It is the guests responsibility to know and be prepared for winter road conditions. Normal winter weather/road conditions are not grounds for reservation cancelation/change. (Website link to caltrans road conditions to be provided upon booking).

3. If Caltrans requires chains on the main road you will likely also need them to get up to the house in the winter as the access road leading to the home is steep.



PLEASE NOTE: There are stairs to get down to the home as well as stairs up to the second level.



PLEASE READ IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A PET:

- Only dogs are allowed and there is a maximum of 2 (please note dogs in your booking inquiry)

- A $100 pet fee per pet will be charged

- No dogs on furniture & you must pick up after them

- If any excessive damage or cleaning is required due to the pets, you will be charged accordingly

Guest Access:

We've implemented a keyless entry system for your convenience. Your unique front door access code will become active during your designated check-in and check-out periods. Please note that if you arrive before your scheduled check-in time, your access code may not be active until the designated time. Similarly, upon check-out, your access code will automatically deactivate promptly after your designated check-out time.



Other Things to Note:

There is a large staircase leading to the home from the parking deck as well as a staircase in the house going up to the second level.There are 2 locked cabinets/doors in the house for our supplies. There is only central heat, not a/c however each bedroom has ceiling fans as does the kitchen and living room.
