Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.

Parking is limited to 5 cars. No RVs.

Per local regulations, we are restricted to an overnight guest maximum of 9 guests and 14 total day guests.

No pets allowed.

We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.

Oak at Overlook is located 100 miles from NYC—just a short 2-hour drive. We're also just 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.

Grocery Shopping - You can use the Rosie app to order grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA.

Oak & Overlook is located 100 miles from NYC, a short 2 hour car ride. We are 2.5 hours from Philadelphia.

We love to keep our property in pristine condition. In order to do so, we ask you to pick between two property protection options for your stay. A fully refundable security deposit of $499 or a damage waiver of $39. A link will be sent post-booking to complete.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests let themselves into the house via a Smart Lock and have no interaction with the owner. Owner available via cell for any questions during stay.
