THE HIDEOUT: 24-hour security, gated entrance, clubhouse, lodge, 250 acres of pristine woodlands, 9-hole golf course w/ 2 restaurants, 2 heated outdoor pools, basketball courts, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, 2 sand beaches w/ lifeguards, 2 lakes, physical fitness center (some amenities will require additional fees - paid on-site)

OUTDOOR SPACE: Private balcony w/ outdoor seating, deck, outdoor dining, propane grill (propane provided)


INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV, fireplace, dining table, vaulted ceiling, board games

KITCHEN: Well-equipped w/ cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, Nespresso machine w/ coffee & espresso pods, knife block

It is a private, gated enclave and offers an array of amenities as well as 250 acres of pristine woodlands for preservation.

Part of the Wallenpaupack Watershed, the community has three lakes used for recreational purposes: Roamingwood Lake (motorboat accessible), Deerfield Lake and Brooks Lake as well as Windemere Lake, Hidden Lake and Big Springs Pond. The Hideout offers 24 hour public safety, a clubhouse restaurant and bar, a main lodge, a tiki bar, campground and a dog park. A golf course, indoor/outdoor tennis, basketball courts, a gameroom, two sand beaches, two heated outdoor pools, a fitness center, mini golf, an art center, woodworking shop, ski lift and lodge and tubing run are just some of the terrific amenities.

CLEANING FEE:
-Our cleaning fee includes a professional cleaner along with a portion going to the Community Fee for every Guest stay

LEGAL:
In the event that the Guest fails to make full and timely payment for their stay, the Host shall have the right to recover any unpaid amounts through legal means, including the engagement of legal counsel. If the Host is successful in recovering the outstanding payments, the Guest shall be responsible for reimbursing the Owner for all reasonable attorneys` fees and legal costs incurred during the collection process.

TERMS OF SERVICE
-Trash left at the property to incur a $50 transportation fee
- A $100 fee will be applied for any unauthorized late check-outs passed check-out time
-We have great beach towels! If you like it so much that you want to take it with you, we will apply a $100 per towel charge
- In addition, a full night rate fee will be applied for any unauthorized late check-outs passed 2 hours from check-out time
-Any items damaged, will incur a replacement fee for new and exact item & disposing of existing item along with a 20% surcharge
-Any damage to the property, furnishings, valuables, or belongings caused by guests (or their invitees) to be fully reimbursed at the expense of Guest(s)
-Any income lost if the need to cancel confirmed bookings due to damage caused by a Guest(s) (or their invitees) to be fully reimbursed at the expense of Guest(s)
-Any additional Guest(s) over the requested amount to incur a $150/ night/ Guest(s) charge
-Tesla/ Electric car charging services to incur an additional $50 for up to 3 nights. All additional days to receive $25/ night charge
