Appartement d'une chambre avec lit double, armoire encastrée et un fantastique balcon avec de fabuleuses vues orientées à l'est, table, chaises et un grill permettent de grands repas en plein air; une salle de bain, une cuisine et une salle commune avec un petit balcon exposé ouest.

PARKING GRATUIT:
Vous pouvez vous garer sur une petite route à côté de l'appartement. Habituellement, il y a toujours de la place pour se garer, ne vous inquiétez pas!

IMPORTANT:
Depuis 2015, le Portugal applique une loi de longue date qui oblige toute personne qui propose un logement de vacances payé à enregistrer les détails d'entrée, de départ et d'identification de tous les citoyens non portugais utilisant un tel logement. Cette loi est entrée en vigueur au Portugal et dans la plupart des autres pays de l'UE depuis la mise en œuvre progressive de l'accord de Schengen de 1990, qui vise à prévenir la traite des êtres humains et d'autres pratiques illégales. We spent a full month in this lovely Praia da Luz apartment, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The space has such a warm, welcoming feel—bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a longer stay. We loved waking up and being just a short stroll from the beach, cafés, and everything Luz has to offer.The location couldn’t be better: close enough to enjoy the coastline every day, but tucked just far enough up the hill to feel peaceful and relaxed. It truly became our little home base in the Algarve.After a month here, we left feeling refreshed and grateful. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place in Luz.

The property was wonderful, fantastic views from the balcony, which is lovely and shaded in the afternoon (perfect for us!) It really is just a 2 minute walk down to the beach, where there are lots of places to eat and drink - all of which are lovely. The apartment is equipped with anything you need, the airconditioning is fantastic on hot days. There is an easy commute to local supermarkets, with sone local shops in easy walking distance, qnd larfer ones just a short drive away in Lagos itself. Thabk you Maria for a wonderful stay!

Relaxation in Praia da Luz!

We spent 4 wonderful nights and nothing about our stay was disappointing. The apartment and accommodations were amazing and everything was first class as advertised. The outside balcony with ocean views and evening breezes was everything we could have hoped for.

Perfect Location

Wonderful stay. Quiet street but near everything. The beach the bus the restaurants and the hike. The sound of waves at night with everything you would need in the apartment for a wonderful stay. Easy to communication and we enjoyed the gift of wine and oranges for our arrival. We would stay again.

Lovely apartment, best equipped kitchen I have experienced in a rental property, great location close to beach, stores, restaurants and walking trails. And the beautiful little patio, with view of the ocean and the cliff- perfect spot for meals or just relaxing. Excellent communication prior to and during the visit. And the town of Luz is perfectly situated for exploring the Algarve.

Amazing place, highly recommend!

Maria's apartment exceeded my expectations. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially on those clear mornings when you could watch the sunrise from the balcony. The location is great and you can walk down to the beach in 2 minutes. I can only recommend it to anybody coming to Luz. Thanks Maria for a great stay!

Great location amongst the locals. Apartment had amazing views of the beach from the patio. The bus stop was at the end of the street and 2 grocery stores within a few minutes walk. The apartment had the portuguese flair and was cozy.

Great Apartment in Great little town

We had a really good stay at this location. The apartment is in a great location, only 1 block up from the beach. It is well stocked with kitchen supplies and all you should need. The deck is spacious and a nice place for morning coffee or evening happy hour. The owner keeps in regular contact and helpful when needed. We would stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Perfect apartment!

Maria’s apartment was delightful and lived up to all our expectations! It was very well equipped and very comfortable, especially the bed and the amazing hanging chair on the balcony! The location couldn’t be better - so close to the beach, in a quiet street (at night), and a short walk to the bus stop / supermarket etc. Communication with Maria was fantastic - she is super friendly and helpful and always very quick to respond to any queries.The only suggestion we would make would be (if feasible) to have a coded “key safe” outside the front door, rather than having to get the bus to Lagos to collect the key. All in all, a fantastic holiday! Thank you!

Great Location & Communication

We had a 3 month stay at this property and couldn’t have picked a better location. The apartment was a block and a half from the beach, multiple restaurants and the promenade which we walked every single day. We love the city of Luz, it is just the right size for our laidback stay and Lagos is just a 30 minute bus ride or 10 minute Uber ride away. Also, we did the walk to Lagos twice and it is not to be missed! Our host Maria could not have been nicer or easier to deal with - she responded to our every question super promptly. Thanks again Maria, you’re the best!

Lovely Luz

My husband and I love the small town vibe of Luz. We have never been to Portugal and feel lucky to have picked Luz for our spot to stay. Our GPS did have difficulty directing us with the turns but once we found the apartment we had no trouble parking on the street. The flat is an easy walk to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. It is a perfect place for couples. Maria was a great host and all her instructions were helpful. Carla was easily contacted through WhatsApp. and she responded quickly to our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Exceeding expectations!

I cannot imagine a more perfect holiday stay. Maria, the hostess, provided a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean accommodation just a block up from the seashore and esplanade. The view from the patio, as well as the balcony, were both fabulous over looking the sea & providing great vantage points to admire gorgeous sunrises as well as sunsets. This accommodation was centrally located and everything in Praia da Luz was within walking distance. The apartment was fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay! You would be fortunate to find availability at this lovely seaside location. Maria is most definitely a 5 star hostess!

Cosy apartment

A beautiful, snug apartment providing an awe-inspiring view! We just loved our stay in this apartment! A very welcoming and beautifully decorated place planned carefully to allow a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Amazing view from the balconies, just few steps to the beach. Next door to the delicious bakery and few minutes to the supermarket. We arrived quite late and was so thoughtful to be welcomed with a beautiful basket of fresh fruit and wine... Thank you Maria for your clear, fast communication (also for providing a good Wifi (my 12 year old son loved it!) Thanks Henrique and Carla for your attention and having everything beautifully organised to make us feel very special! We definitely recommend this place...

Great location, BUT!!

The location was perfect! But everything in the apartment was DAMP. Including the pillows, the mattress, the area rugs (which really needed a cleaning). The A/C didn’t work, and we were told a tech would get there 3dayd later. The A/C. Could have helped dry out the apartment….there are also stone stairs to the apartment, with no hand rail. Slick in the damp…also, the arm to the loveseat was broken with a basket pushed up against it to try to hide it. But we Zloved the town!!

Amazing Location and exceptionally accommodating owner!

We spent four night during the off season at this cute town. Our arrival time was all over the map because of flight issues but the owner was incredibly flexible and responsive which was much appreciated. We arrived at 3 a.m. But the property manager didn't seem put out at all (there was a 30 euro surcharge which was totally worth waking up in Praia de Luz for!) Pros: a block from the beach, you can hear the surf from the bedroom, this beach is beautiful and there are plenty of places to have a coffee and look onto the ocean, street parking was never an issue for us, good internet (no English TV but plenty of German?!) Cons: the pillows and the couch were not comfortable (we ended up in folding the futon couch and using it that way,) this town has more Brittish expats than Portuguese so don't expect an authentic Portuguese experience and expect the prices to be on the high side for Portugal.

Our only regret was we had to leave. Obviously we select a rental by its attractiveness but as travelers, our next most valued criteria is responsiveness by the owner. Maria is the best at this we've experienced. Our local contacts, Marcela, Marcia and Sonia were also top notch. The hospitality was outstanding, from the wonderful welcoming package to the parting Easter cake - we felt like part of the family. The apartment was just as excellent. It had all the amenities one could ask for. The back balcony with a great view of the cliffs protecting the bay of Luz and also overlooking the ocean was great with the morning sun, while the front balcony was nice for the evening sun and just to admire the view down to the beach. The beach with all its wonderful bistros is just minutes away. Added to all of this is the town and beach of Luz which is a total gem. If you're a beach person, a surfer, or a hiker, or just like the ambience of the local restaurants, Luz has it all. We loved it. John & Mary Lou, Canada

Lovely, perfectly located apartment!

Maria was the consummate host for our recent stay in Luz. Her property manager greeted us and gave us a wonderful orientation to Luz. Part of the welcome package was a bottle of local wine and sweets which was a lovely touch! The kitchen was stocked with all one would need including some spices and coffe pods. We, however, made our own coffee with the little espresso pot provided. The compact but cozy apartment is a two minute walk from the gorgeous beach. The balcony was private and had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. We used the barbecue several times (we brought charcoal but there was already some provided) . We had a couple of minor issues (lock on the front door needed attention and blow dryer stopped working) but they were dealt with promptly by property managers Carla and Marissa. Since we stayed longer than a week, arrangements were also made to come in midway to clean and provide fresh towels and linens. Our only concern, which was minor, was that the shower drained slowly, but it encouraged us to be mindful of the length of our showers. All in all it was a fantastic stay. If you are a couple and are looking to stay in Luz, this is the ideal spot! Thanks so much for everything Maria!!!
